Thomas Cumberland Subaru review
Teresa Smith deserves a big round of applause for her outstanding demonstration of our Subaru Forester 2026. Her patience, kindness, and expertise shone through as she took the time to answer all our questions. She's a true asset to her team, and I'd happily give her a perfect score – 10 out of 10! Thank you, Bill and Tina Anderson May 14, 2026
2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid review
As a longtime Subaru owner, I was already familiar with the Crosstrek. I wanted a hybrid but didn't have the infrastructure for a plugin, so the new Crosstrek's use of the "traditional" hybrid system was already a motivating factor. The controls are intuitive and well laid out, the ride is very smooth, and the cabin feels designed for shorter drivers. (I test drove a Forester and for a person under 5'4", it felt like driving on a barstool.) The Limited trim also offered nice touches such as a heated steering wheel. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a compact SUV with all-wheel drive.

Thomas Cumberland Hyundai review
I returned to the Thomas dealership because I had been satisfied with the service received following a previous purchase in 2006. James Howard and all employees that I met 11/1 were courteous, informative and helpful. James explained many of the new features of the 2016 models very systematically during the test drives. He reviewed the details of the car manual with me and offered personalized assistance and an answer for every question I had. When he discovered that I had forgotten to transfer a few items from my original car to my new vehicle, he retrieved them for me and sent them to me by mail. He was an "outstanding" sales consultant for Thomas Subaru.
2026 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Only have had it one month, just a couple negatives 1) Key fob very low quality, looks like a cheap plastic Easter egg. I have never had one this low quality. 2) The part that positions the seat belt buckle high or low is a “rubber band”, Never seen that. 3) The steering wheel should be a little wider on the top so you can view the screen/gages better. The ride is nice, Power is there when you want it.

The dealership was clean and welcoming. I ordered a subaru with the help of Nate Hoffman. He kept me updated through the whole process. I picked my car up on Friday and received a follow up call from Nate on Monday. This was really a great experience!

Thomas Cumberland Hyundai review
This dealership bent over BACKWARD to facilitate my vehicle purchase. I was flying in from Kansas and my flight was delayed. They still sent a gentleman to pick me up at the airport which was about 2 hours away, and I arrived at the dealership @ 8 pm. The salesperson, James Howard, left his house to close the sale at that hour, had everything ready prior to getting there, recommended a great restaurant nearby, and was polite and courteous, accommodating, and helpful. I felt he really cared about helping me and getting me exactly what I needed. On top of that, their price was extremely competitive for the quality, mileage, and features of the car. They really couldn?t be beat! All of the reviews I read about this place being extremely customer-oriented were true. You won?t be sorry if you choose this dealership.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid review
Prior to buying a 2021 Subaru OutbackXT we had never owned a Subaru. We were looking to replace a Toyota Rav4 and began searching for alternatives. We had driven an Outback our Daughter was given as a Service Loaner. We really liked the car, but it seemed really underpowered. Therefore, when Subaru introduced the XT (Turbo) we decided to drive it. The XT option made all the difference in the world and we bought the vehicle. We have been very pleased with the car. What we really like is the road feel when driving the Outback. It actually feels like driving a car, not the top heavy feel so many SUV's seem to have. That was the primary reason we got rid of the Rav4. My Wife just didn't like the feel of driving the car. Now to the Crosstrek. It feels like driving a shortened version of the Outback. It has a very nice road feel and doesn't seem to have the top heavy feel either. Our Daughter had a Crosstrek several years ago. It was a very nice functional car but, again, it severely lacked power. The Hybrid HP has taken care of that. It does not at all feel like the dog it used to be as far as acceleration. This is not to say we're speed freaks, but it is nice to have the acceleration for those moments of merging into traffic and getting around other drivers on the road. Like our Outback, my biggest gripe of both cars is the lack of interior storage space for personal items, but that's a small gripe. Overall, we like both cars very much. They are very practical and seem to be very well made. After years of driving Mazda, Toyota and Honda's we now own 2 Subaru's. Thus far we are very pleased with both. Living in Northern Ohio, it's a bonus having 2 AWD vehicles.

Thomas Cumberland Hyundai review
On November 4, 2016, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai Elantra. We had researched this vehicle on Thomas Subaru's website, which was easy to navigate and very informative. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted warmly by the manager, Roman Spriggs, and introduced to our sales associated Jaison Gehauf. Jason was very welcoming and accommodating, and walked us through the entire process. My credit union had never dealt with Thomas Subaru and they actually required numerous documents -- including a copy of their business license and dealer's license; yet Jaison was all too happy to meet these requirements. Once financing was secured we were allowed to take our vehicle home and we received several follow-up emails from Jaison to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and the service provided by the dealership. Not only are we happy with our Elantra but we are thrilled with the commitment and concern we received from Jaison and the other staff at Thomas Subaru. We will certainly recommend this dealership to our family and friends and we look forward to doing further business with them in the future. Sincerely, Mr. and Mrs. John Gordon

I had a wonderful experience with Caleb Polen, both trading in my vehicle and purchasing the new one. I would highly recommend Leesburg Buick GMC and Caleb.
