When was the last time you were left speechless in a GOOD WAY at car dealership? I have never experienced such professionalism, care, and genuine concern as I did on Thursday June 14th 2018 at Hamilton Volkswagen. My Sales Executive Rick Valnoski is without a question just a phenomenal individual in every single way. What a way to buy a new car!!! ZERO pressure, incredibly knowledgeable, and I felt like I was treated like Rick’s family from the first time I met him months ago when I first began exploring purchasing a new Volkswagen. Kevin Zanoni who assisted in getting my financing squared away, and got me in, and out in a blink of an eye with my flawlessly clean car was amazing. I also was taken care of by of all people the Service Manager Mr. Mike Kayes who made me feel so confident in my purchase from a service side just further cemented in my mind that not only did I buy a great car, but I bought a great car from the best Dealership I have ever dealt with in ver 30+ years of buying many vehicles. I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Picked up my GMC Sierra 2500 from Bob Caldwell and couldn’t be happier. Even though it’s a Dodge/Ram/Jeep dealer, the deal was smooth and drama-free. Erik was solid straight shooter, knew his stuff, and didn’t play games. In and out, keys in hand. I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 Turbo Signature SUV from Tom Roush Mazda in Westfield. I purchased 2 new Mitsubishi Outlanders after doing Internet research on currently available mid-sized SUVs. A test drive nailed the choice. The 2025 model introduced several changes that have addressed prior criticisms about vague steering and hood vibrations and ride. The fit and finish of both exterior and interior is excellent, typical of a Japanese car and as good or better than the Toyota RAV4 or Nissan Rogue that were being considered (the Outlander and the Rogue share the same platform, but IMHO the Outlander is the better rendition). The interior of the SE trim is very plush at this price point with leatherette and suede seating that is supportive and "hugs" you and looks and feels better than more expensive luxury SUVs in this size class such as the Lincoln Corsair and Aviator. The standard Yamaha audio system produces astonishingly good sound with either Bluetooth audio or Sirius XM. The Outlander supports Android Auto, and its navigation is excellent. Steering feel is excellent and well-weighted, and braking is strong. The Outlander has a surprisingly small turning circle. The electronics assists and displays work flawlessly, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping and both front and rear parking assistance via the good-sized infotainment display screen, which also provides an overhead overall view (AI?). While the Outlander does have standard third-row seating, the seats and leg room are miniscule (suitable only for very small children or pets) and hard to access, but I plan to never use them for seating and keep them folded down to maximize cargo carrying space, which is even more generous with the second-row seatbacks folded down. Exterior styling is very bold and contemporary and distinctive, especially the front styling and the wheels; it has grown on me. The 2025 Outlander thankfully does not have that horrible stop-start feature where the engine shuts off if stopped at a traffic light, and in hot and humid Florida, the AC is not interrupted like on other new cars. The transmission shift lever is not intuitive to use, but eventually you get used to it (IMHO a simple rotary knob would be easier to use). The Outlander has a very generous power train warranty and comes with the initial three oil change services included. The horsepower is modest but more than adequate for city and suburban driving, and the CVT seems well mated to the engine and drives very smoothly. If Mitsubishi added a turbocharged version, that would certainly boost the acceleration.

All went smoothly and I am liking my purchase more than I thought I would. The Trax drives very much like a car for a small SUV.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

It really didn?t take that long. They got the car and next thing I know that they were telling me to come back and I paid. I got in my car then left.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.
