Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Love the people there. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. They were there to help with any questions and made things exciting and fun when buying a vehicle.

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.

I live in Shreveport and the two hour drive to Sulpher Springs was worth every second of the amazing experience I had working with Bonner Lovern! I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

I had a 2021 Encore GX to trade and they made the process so easy. I get very scared when it comes to purchasing vehicles and they made me feel right at home! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase.

This is a well put together vehicle. Interior fit and finish, even for the base S model, is splendid and many newer safety features come standard. The seats on the base S are very comfortable on long drives. Ive read a few "pro" reviews that mentioned the engine being underpowered, especially for highway passing. I have found the opposite out of this beautiful 149 hp CVT. I mean it's 149 hp, not 189; not sure where any complaint of being underpowered comes from? And, the CVT has wonderfully placed mimick shift points that make you feel like its a non-cvt transmission. Besides being ahead of the others with the interior, it's a well insulated cabin which deafens quite a bit of road noise. If your thinking about a Nissan Sentra, don't listen to these "professional" knucklehead reviewers. I believe they're not as accurate as the average Joe like us and have lost sight of what a great entry level sedan is.

I recently had a flat tire, so I called the Service dept and they ordered a new one. I came in and they replaced it, under warranty. Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

I stopped by on my lunch break and did the initail application steps. The vehicle was clean and they were up front about a few small issues. When I returned after work, the finance office had all of the info ready and worked to lower my interest rate as far as possible.

They were so kind to hold onto the truck when it can In while my my husband was being a baby about not being able to finance it in his name only (That?s what happens when you don?t take care of you finances.) This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.
