Rhoel Gray is my service agent at Germain BMW at North Naples. Rhoel is always helpful, and on this occasion he took extra time to show me in the service bays and to explain replacement of the car's E-box or Safety Module. He arranged for a loaner car for me and we had it for an extended period of time due to back up for the engine platform being used by other cars in service. Rhoel as usual was professional and answered all of my questions. I hope I don't need to, but there's no question that I will be calling him if I need repairs again.

They actually agreed to a trade in value upfront before requiring me to drive four hours and possibly waste an entire day. They honored their word and I was on the road with my BMW within 45 minutes. I love my Z so much that I bought two. I purchased my first Z car in 2009 - a 370Z Touring with the Sport Package in Monterey Blue. It was absolutely gorgeous. In 2015, I traded that Z on a new 370Z Nismo Tech in Solid Red. Both Zs were 6-speed manuals, and I wouldn't have it any other way. To this day I still get compliments when I drive it due its stunning design that still looks fresh all these years later. The aftermarket for this car is vast and the possibilities are endless for modifications. The only real drawback of this car for me is the lack of an up-to-date infotainment system.

Service people are very knowledgeable and keeps you informed about your vehicle repairs. They go above and beyond my expectations to ensure everything was done correctly.

This is my wife's car and she loves it. I think its a hoot to drive. Dont look for it to be a supple ride, the steering is very responsive (moves with any input) so be ware.

I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.

At no point of the buying experience was it forceful or pushed in any way. Cy and Jonathan were amazing, very efficient and thorough. Definitely recommend!
