I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

This was a very professional experience and this team is just gracious, know their product, asked about any concerns, built rapport and streamlined the process. My husband and I were very impressed. We will continue to purchase Acura products here.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

The dealership was great, but the price listed on Cars.com was understated by over $3,000.

Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.

I went for an oil change. I had an appointment and they took my car right away. I waited in the lobby for about an hour. Coffee was amazing! I got a text when my car was done. I love that they took a video and sent it to me so I could see what my car looked like.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Excellent service counter (Angle) and good service. Plan on using this facility for future car service such as oil changes, general services and need repairs.

Great car- drives fantastic- sleek sporty style with a touch of class. Gas saver not a gas guzzler. An abundance of space for traveling with luggage or groceries. I love Nissan vehicles they are designed for people in mind for commuting and traveling comfortably.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation along with a complete vehicle inspection and the scheduling process was a breeze. Upon arrival, Carlos Terrazas-Alvarado, my service advisor, greeted me in less than sixty seconds. He then provided a thorough rundown on what to expect during my visit. During my stay I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how professional the staff was. After about an hour, Carlos came to me and walked me through the results of the inspection utilizing great customer service skills coupled with his vast knowledge of the Nissan product. Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

Needed critical electrical work on my 2023 Corvette so I contacted Chad my service rep. As always, he got me into the shop in just a few days. Lee the C8 tech found a short in my truck switch. I WENT IN ON WEDNESDAY 9/10/25 WITH THE INTENT TO TEST DRIVE TO SEE WHAT I WOULD BE INTERESRTED IN GETTING. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS GREETED BY TANNER. I IMMEDIATLY TOLD HIM THAT I HATE CAR SHOPPING AS IT COMES WITH ANXIETY AND ITS NOT MY CUP OF TEA AND THAT I WENT TO PEORIA FORD AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. THEY DIDN'T LISTEN AND WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE!! I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT I NEEDED AND HE SAID OK LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN FIND. Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

The car looks good and drives nice. This is my first non American brand and hope I have good luck with it. The options are a little off but I will make do.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

I absolutely love it. The AWD handles like it is on rails. Just a bit under powered 50 more HP would be fantastic. The car is very comfortable and quiet. It has enough bells and whistles to keep you entertained. Fuel economy seems excellent at this point in time. I have not done a deep dive though. I would also like a bit more range on the telescopic wheel.

I had inquired on a few cars... It's all about timing and I found two cars I liked. I worked with the salesperson prior to coming into the dealership so we had a pretty clear understanding. I also prequalified. Then, I came by and Tony treated me respectfully and answered my numerous questions. In the end, I like my purchase and would probably return to this dealership if a different car was needed OR when I need service.

I own a 2013 Altima with technology package sport mode use shifting flippers to shift at red line v6 270hp flat out flies for a Sudan.

Perfect, warm heated and kind dealer, regular maintenance at a really good price, everybody here is nice, I will go back there next time 1
