Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.

We had a great experience at Battles Nissan. They had a nice selection of used Frontiers that were very clean and Certified. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated more than just a customer. Teddy made the paperwork process very easy too!!!

I recently decided to look for a new car and embarked on the dreaded dealership tours. Before I did so, I researched a number of makes/models and dealerships on line, checked Consumer Reports for the most reliable Compact SUVs and got a written CarMax price on my trade-in. I visited Coastal Nissan and other dealers on the South Shore and Auto-Mile. I test drove four vehicles from three dealerships including a Subaru and Honda, and ended up with a Nissan Rogue which I think was the best deal for me, with the particular bells and whistles I wanted, a fair price for my trade-in, a reasonable sales price and great financing. Of the three dealerships I visited, Coastal was by far the most professional, and the sales staff (Harry Webster and manager Steve Delany) and Finance guy Sean were competent and experienced, and at no time did I feel any pressure Unlike a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have no problem highly recommending Coastal Nissan.

I had agreat experience with Nissan 24 today, I walked in without an appointment to buy a new Nissan Rogue. I was received like a famous person, I get acquainted with Sales Consultant Guy VanStory and the whole stuff very fast. Their courtesy, experience and professionalism were outstanding, specially Guy VanStory went above and beyond to help me make the perfect choice for my need and financing. I amazed and grateful of the experience and feel very happy that I chose Nissan 24 to purchase my car.

Ed McCarthy is the best! I met him in 1997 when I purchased my first Nissan Maxima at the dealership now known as Nissan 24. He has always been able to advise, educate and assist me in the purchase of many cars over the last 26 years. My wife and I came in just to talk, when we left we drove away in a brand 2023 Nissan Rogue.thanks to stellar salesman ,Billy Barboza,no pressure show us a couple of Rogues, none of this ,you need this and you need that, We would recommend him to anybody we know that is looking for a new car, very pleasant to work with, he is an asset to your Dealership,And the reason we did go there is one Toyota of Braintree ,couldn't acomindate us,kept trying to sell what we didn't want, so my Daughter who bought from you suggested we go see Billy,and also my son-law works for you.
