Impressed from start to finish!

I found my new car online at cars.com, and I called over to Royal Auto Dealer before making the 2 hr trip to make sure the car was available and ask a couple basic questions. I talked to Ross and he was not only very professional over the phone, but answered my questions and provided online options for finance approval prior to driving the 2 hrs to LA. He was zero pressure over the phone, and said he would get the car ready for test drive for me.
When I arrived at the shop, I was slightly nervous as it's a small shop and is also an insurance office. But when I walked in, I was greeted immediately and Ross introduced himself. Ross is a true gentleman and is absolutely a zero-pressure salesman with an awesome, down to earth attitude. He got me a Snapple, some water, we talked a moment about the car and he offered to drive me over to the lot where it was located. He brought me to the car lot (security-guarded and gated in a somewhat inconspicuous location very close to the office, less than 1 mile) and he was very real in conversation along the way which, to me, gave me a good feeling about his integrity from the get go.
Once we got to the lot, Ross and his staff had washed the car, had it detailed immaculately inside and out, and it was parked in the shade ready for my inspection. He was also in the process of hiring a mechanical/miscellaneous worker so Ross allowed me to go through all the nooks and crannies of the car to my satisfaction while he was standing nearby to answer any questions and help me test the lights. He made me as the customer his top priority and I definitely felt that, yet again with NO PRESSURE whatsoever.
The car itself is in AMAZING condition for being 11 years old, and everything was as described online. I loved that Royal Auto Dealer posted the full CarFax and all the details available so that I had no surprises since I was coming from out of town. Ross' confidence in the car was based on his own experience as he makes sure to drive each of his cars to his home and back to make sure everything is working well. How many car dealers actually drive the cars they sell!? That was a great sign to me of the quality of car and good business.
The entire contract/financing process was so smooth. I do not have the greatest credit but Ross used his rapport with lenders after being refused and got me a better deal than I had ever expected. Obviously I can't post numbers, but trust me, this was a better than good deal. Ross was honest and straightforward with everything, gave consistent answers, and was SO patient with me as I am the kind of person who likes to ask many questions and address concerns. I could not have been more happy with the car, with the process, and with Ross/Royal Auto Dealer. He stayed as long as it took for us to sign papers, answer questions, and make sure I was 100% happy with the contract, even though the office had closed at least a couple hours prior. Incredible gentlemen at this business just from my one encounter with them.
I will absolutely be referring as many people as I know who are in the car-buying market to take the trip to Royal Auto Dealer for all these reasons. Not to mention my car looks and runs beautifully without breaking my bank account. :)
