Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I apologize for just writing this about RYAN as I was here a month ago .But I have to write this.His customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL .I CAME IN inquiring about Tires as i.had a donut on my car due to.a blowout I REALLY WAS SEARCHING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON 2 TIRES. The Frontier King Cab has served me very well. It has been completely reliable and has met my varied needs. I have hauled many kinds of loads in the bed and have taken advantage of the additional length available over the Crew Cab. That said I wouldn’t want to take a long journey sitting in one of the rear seats, but having that space readily available for carrying “stuff” has been an advantage for me. Had no issues with towing a trailer. Over the three plus years I have owned it I have had just one warranty issue that was resolved by the local dealer; otherwise it just had routine maintenance. During that time several strangers passing by have commented on how they liked the look of the truck.

Excellent experience with the service department. I was surprised they had such a nice waiting area with snacks and delicious coffee. My service advisor Varick provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and went over my tires, battery, and more. Everyone I encountered was friendly and made me sure I was comfortable. I feel like they really care about the safety of my vehicle and my business.

I love my Nissan Frontier SV 4x4.. I have 24,000 miles on it with no problems but a back door lock issue that was repaired. The Nissan dealer was great. It’s very comfortable and drives like a luxury suv. I have no complaints. We had a Tacoma before and it was so uncomfortable. It has a lot of getup and go. Fun to drive. I am very happy with this truck

Diane Asher was so nice and helpful to us. She took the time to describe the vehicle and how much room it had. We were carrying grand children to ballgames and the third seat worked great. We felt safe in the big vehicle and it has so many safety features that Diane pointed out. We will continue to do any and all service work with this dealership. Tim Hays was also nice and pleasant ready to answer any questions. I am recommending this dealership to my family and friends.

I bought my 2022 Nissan Frontier pro x in August of 2022, loved it then and love it now I use it to go to work every day on average 120 miles a day, I have 52,000 miles on it and absolutely and I mean absolutely not one problem, not even a dead battery or ran out of gas. I'm very happy with the truck and the gamble I took because I originally was going to get a Tacoma but I saw the new Frontiers and I just had to get one. Hopefully it stays that way.

I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. The car was beautiful, clean , low mileage, and had a really awesome price tag. I would send my friends and family to buy a car from Metric. Their customer services was great and very professional. I had a state inspection along with oil change the other day and was blown away by the level of professionalism and customer service provided by my service advisor Scott. He let me know that I needed to start thinking about new tires and even gave me options to start preparing for the upcoming cost. It was nice to be given several choices so that I could make the best decision for me. Also, the service manager Matt stopped to say hello and introduce himself which I thought was a very nice touch.

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed.
