Over the years I have purchased and serviced 3 Volvos at Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs. On the Service side, Service Techs, Sharon and Matt have always been very professional, friendly and helpful regarding the servicing of my vehicles. They clearly explain the work to be performed, the time it will take to complete the work and the cost of the service. They provide recommendations upkeep and future needs of the vehicle. Soon, I will be scheduling service for another one of my Volvos. On the Sales side, Manager Chris has always represented Ferman well and I feel I have always been treated fairly and look forward to working with the sales team on the purchase of my next Volvo.

This time around I was impressed with the service I received from my advisor Steven Coyne and the work got done in a timely manger. Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

Quick, easy, no haggling. Got what I needed for my trade with no back and forth. The last Toyota I bought was from another local dealer in a neighboring county. The process there took 4 hours. This time at Toyota of Murfreesboro the whole process took only an hour from walking in until the paperwork was all signed. Honest and friendly salesman and staff.
