Moe showed us several available options and clearly explained pros and cons of each one. Once we chose one, he made a respectful but pressure free sales pitch for the services he thought were necessary. It was evident to us he was endeavoring to find what worked best for us. A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

My 2023 Nissan Kicks has everything I was looking for in a new vehicle and then some. It has all of the comforts, technology and safety features that anybody could ask for. Plus the ride is really smooth, and you can turn on a dime.

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

Although Tyrone was young he was quite well trained and polite I would also recommend Nick... They were very accommodating in handling my down payment and overall I spent less time in the dealership that I have in previous car buying experiences

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

I had my car transferred from another CarMax dealer with no problem and they actually transferred two that I was interested in. This was great, as I was torn between the two and was able to test drive both and make a decision. Very happy overall!

Looks great packed with features some being more advanced than models ahead of its class. The SR premium makes you feel like you got something special, auto dim mirror , heated seats, ambient lighting, leather with sporty orange stitching , able to use features with mynissan app... the cvt is definitely not my favorite style transmission, its different than the 5spds im use to. Drives smooth fantastic fuel economy and all for a price i can live with !!

Only 300 miles. Car has a weird hum. Maybe just a bad tire or problem with the passenger side front wheel, possible bad hub bearing.

SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle. We do have to return for a part that was on back order, and when it arrives I’ll give more feedback on the return for service. Thanks SMH

2024 Nissan Kicks is not going to win any races. It is very sluggish at times. Rear seat space is less than desirable. But it is very enjoyable to drive. I normally get 40 MPG on the interstate driving to Charleston, SC, from Asheville, NC. It handles well, compact and very sharp looking car. Great price point for the features. Comes with an unlimited milage powertrain warranty. 3-year 45K miles bumper to bumper and free maintenance for the first 3 years.

I love how friendly everyone is and how knowledgeable the staff is. It is a very nice building. If you have a budget and a price range, they'll sell you a car. Nationwide Nissan is definitely a dealership I will return to.

It's a decent car that I only looked at because it's said that it replaced the Juke. It did not. Looks cool from the outside but the interior is pretty plain. Better than Rogue if you don't want a car as big as the Rogue. I'd prefer to get the Juke back in the US.

Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁

I like this car in terms of design, how it drives, interior, exterior, all functions are available, also heated steering wheel, very interesting car, but one thing I don't like is the fuel consumption, my dealer deceived me by saying that the car consumes 8 liters in the city and 6 outside the city, don't believe me, the average figure is 15.5 liters, I don't know where such consumption comes from.

Recently bought a vehicle from SMH. The experience was excellent. Salesman allowed us to look, was helpful when we needed it. Everything was straight forward, and a breeze. After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .
