Lewis Drake was the perfect salesman and had the entire deal done in no time at all. Not pushy, listened to what we were looking for , didn’t push other vehicles on us and had one waiting and warmed up to climb into! From my initial phone call speaking to Mr. Brown to the end of the night working with Debbie and getting the 0% financing I could not have wished for a better experience. I just want everyone to know, KYLE is amazing. He is on top of any car troubles,warranties etc. I've never had issues dealing with him, i have had some issues with my ford explorer, and he has been very professional and courteous, and consumes his day around your vehicle and time. He will fit you in, and give you a reasonable timeline for your vehicle. I posted a few weeks ago about our purchase experience being very good. Two days later, we had a strut come loose from our rear hatch, which was likely just incidental to some factory line production issue. It dented the rear roof pretty badly and messed up the sheet metal on the hatch. I emailed the dealer immediately to tell them it had happened and I would need help Monday morning first thing. The dealer President himself replied to the email over the weekend, reassured me it would be fixed, they called me right a 9 AM Monday, got me a loaner with no hassle, I swapped out cars in 5 minutes, and they fixed my Acadia so I couldn't even tell where it had happened within a week. No questions, no issues, no hassles. They were all very professional and wonderful to deal with. They went above and beyond my expectations.
We loved our salesman Jug Brown. He communicated very clearly via calls and texts, which made it simple to narrow down our choices and make our selection. Buying a car is never much fun, but they made it a simple process and I honestly felt like I got a good deal. Would buy again from them.
I was treated very well at Mini Baltimore County. Jason Rourk and Jake Mays took very good care of me. They answered all my questions, let me drive numerous vehicles, brought every vehicle out that I wanted to see, answered my financing questions, accommodated my husband on a separate visit and worked with me to get the Mini that was just right for me! After I bought it, they both spent time going over the entire vehicle with me. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. They also made it very clear that this was just the beginning of my Mini voyage! They will be available down the road not just at the time of purchase.

Michael Boesenberg (my salesperson) was very professional and welcoming, from the time I walked in the door (did not over look me, due to the fact that I am a young looking black female). Did not pressure me into making a purchase, I felt very comfortable expressing exactly what I wanted. He continued to search for the type of Porsche that I wanted (I turned down a few vehicles) lol. Michael offered me some very good advise, that I found to be helpful. And now I am a first time owner of a brand new 2018 Porsche. I am very pleased with my decision, and buying experience.
