She?s the only person I trust with both of my vehicles. She knows my cars inside and out. She reminds me if I forget when service is due. She doesn?t try and over sell me on my service. Was a good experience. Bought used car listed online and car was as described when arrived to test drive. Traded in my current car and got reasonable value. No issues with the entire process.
