New and used 2025 Nissan Murano SL for sale near Cumings, TX

I recently bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV from Shottenkirk Nissan Katy and cannot be more impressed with the outstanding customer service that I received. As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

Was not sure if what the issue was, the tech trouble showed it and it turned out very minor. Happy now having to walk out with a huge bill!! Douglas was attentive and guided me thru the entire visit. Much appreciated.

Sterling McCall Neisan exceeded my expectations today. Everyone was super courteous. I only needed a front wheel alignment, but they did a free multi point inspection, free car wash, check my tire pressures, I was missing caps on all of my valve stems and they installed new ones free of charge. I was very impressed with them paying attention to detail. I usually service my Infiniti at the Infiniti dealership, but the Nissan dealership is half the price. I will definitely be going back to Neisan for the life of my vehicle.
