Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

I bought my 2011 murano in 2023. It has 134,000 miles on her. I replaced a/c compressor and alternator. About 800 dollars in total. Normal for a car that's older. But other than that smooth ride inside is comfy. Lots of extras. Paint is a,little sensitive. But very reliable.

More electronics than needed, diffculty clearing previous owner programming, slight throttle hesitation when starting from standing start, power rear seat backs prone to failure, switch or cable at fault? The platinum model is a very nice car regardless of the faults listed previously.

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

I contacted JNM online and received an quick response followed by a phone call and a pleasant conversation. The SUV I was interested in was available and the price was semi-negotiable. We went and met Muhammad, drove the vehicle alone, negotiated a fair price, got paperwork for my bank, returned the next day and drove it home. JNM fixed a few minor problems with the vehicle overnight. The whole experience was pleasant and personal. Purchased in 2015 with 29k on odo, now (Dec 2020) at over 100k, never had a breakdown or failure, except tire pressure monitoring. Great interior comfort, roomy, manuverable, plenty of power. Have taken several 1000 mile trips, and commuted 20 miles each way for years. While not recommended for frequent or heavy tows, I occasionally pull my loaded 5 x 8 open utility trailer without issues. An excellent, reliable car. My 2012 is rated at 3500lb towing. Other model years may not be.

I love my Murano SL. Going to keep it til the wheels fall off. I love the fact that it has all the amenities in it like dual sunroof, pushbutton ignition, Bose stereo surround sound, satellite radio, heated seats, Memory seats, heated steering wheel, heated rear mirrors, dual/auto heat/ac, pushbutton/remote cargo door, Push button/remote door handles from the outside, back up camera, You can auto roll the windows down from your remote key fob on a hot sunny day, auto lock, Home link, Auto dimmer rear view mirror, Bluetooth for phone calls, auto headlights, fog lights, dual exhaust, interior Mood lights, USB ports, 18 inch rims, 3.5 L, 260 hp., AWD, and so much more that Im sure I missed. It rides so smooth and has great pick up on a dime with no hesitation. I just love the power it has and it’s so comfortable, good on gas and I really love the design of this crossover except for the butt end of the car. The only drawback is I can’t Bluetooth music from my phone except only my call contacts and it blows automatic AC when defrosting your front windshield, but that’s nothing compared to what comes in this vehicle. When I read about all the amenities on this vehicle and seen pictures of how stylish it looked, I fell in love and had to have it. My gut instinct steered me right. I never had any issues with it as long as you maintain it. Where else are you gonna find a vehicle like this with bang for your buck?

Good gas mileage, nice to drive, comfortable, a lot of options with Premimun package enjoy. Issue with CVS transmission if doesn't change after 75000 miles. Remember with all CVS, especially in the Nissan vehicle.

I've never had an issue with my 2014 Murano SV except for the battery cables that come loose at the most unreliable times. Otherwise, I love the features, but I hate the front wheel drive. It's not reliable in wet or icy weather.

I was driving by and saw a car that caught my eye. My problem was I had very little credit, having bought my previous used cars with cash. I picked both Matt and Jeff's brains as to how the whole process works, how certain things affect interest rates and odds of getting an auto loan. They spent a lot of time answering all my questions. As to the vehicle, I purchased a 2007 Acura TL Type S that was priced $2500 below NADA retail value (23% below value). I usually love the haggling process, but with a car priced almost a quarter below NADA retail value, I didn't even bother haggling. The price was MORE than fair and the car was in pristine condition. The buying process was EASY considering I'm self-employed and my taxes don't quite show all of my income, if you know what I mean. So it was a challenge for Matt to get me approved. He worked on it for an entire day, calling me to ask me for bank statements, tax returns, etc. He went to bat for me and was able to get me approved with a local credit union instead of some high interest, high risk lender. The interest rate he was able to get me was also pretty fair. Of course it's not 1.99%, but it wasn't 24% either. In fact, it was a lot closer to 1.99% than it was 24%. This was my first time dealing with them. In fact, I had never even heard of them. It was merely by chance that I was driving by and saw the car I wanted on their lot. But I would recommend them to anyone. They were personable, they were honest with me about my situation, but most of all I felt like they really cared and they really went to bat for me. Never did I feel like they were "sleazy used car salespeople" like I've felt at other lots. It felt like I was working with a friend or a neighbor.

I am crazy about this car. It has the backup TV view in the dashboard. The radio volume has been placed in the steering wheel column. Most of all it is triple black. The seats are coal black cloth the other trim in the car is silver. It is a sharp smooth running car with the moves of a jungle cat. . I purchased this car at the Schaumburg Toyota dealer after looking at the car fax report.

My first SUV. Very roomy. 2013 had the more rounded style which I prefer to the right angles. Never had any mechanical issues at all. Powerful 8 cyl. Gas mileage average. Turns almost on a dime. Like the keyless entry. Have little interest in a new car with this jewel.
