Good gas mileage, nice to drive, comfortable, a lot of options with Premimun package enjoy. Issue with CVS transmission if doesn't change after 75000 miles. Remember with all CVS, especially in the Nissan vehicle.

This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle

Great vehicle! Very reliable! Sporty! Gorgeous interior and killer Bose sound system. No problems till the car hit around 120k then I started to have problems but at that mileage problems are expected. Right sub frame needed replaced at $2500, replaced suspension $1500, replaced radiator $600. Not great on gas. I got about 17 around town and 25 on the highway but that’s pretty much what all the mid size SUV’s get.

Car was as represented. Sales staff were friendly and on point. No up selling pressure. Bentley brand was well presented . Senior management was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend doing business with them.

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

More electronics than needed, diffculty clearing previous owner programming, slight throttle hesitation when starting from standing start, power rear seat backs prone to failure, switch or cable at fault? The platinum model is a very nice car regardless of the faults listed previously.

I've never had an issue with my 2014 Murano SV except for the battery cables that come loose at the most unreliable times. Otherwise, I love the features, but I hate the front wheel drive. It's not reliable in wet or icy weather.

Love my Murano. The only con is the mpg but in overall is magnificent. Comfort, stlylish, reliable and quite ride. Always wanted to own one and now I do is out of my bucket list. Completely satisfied.

This SUV is perfect for me. It has all the extras I was looking for. It has ample leg room, heated seats for myself and all my passengers. Love the double moon/sunroof and my favorite is the heated steering wheel.

Purchased in 2015 with 29k on odo, now (Dec 2020) at over 100k, never had a breakdown or failure, except tire pressure monitoring. Great interior comfort, roomy, manuverable, plenty of power. Have taken several 1000 mile trips, and commuted 20 miles each way for years. While not recommended for frequent or heavy tows, I occasionally pull my loaded 5 x 8 open utility trailer without issues. An excellent, reliable car. My 2012 is rated at 3500lb towing. Other model years may not be.

I am crazy about this car. It has the backup TV view in the dashboard. The radio volume has been placed in the steering wheel column. Most of all it is triple black. The seats are coal black cloth the other trim in the car is silver. It is a sharp smooth running car with the moves of a jungle cat. . I purchased this car at the Schaumburg Toyota dealer after looking at the car fax report.

Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

My first SUV. Very roomy. 2013 had the more rounded style which I prefer to the right angles. Never had any mechanical issues at all. Powerful 8 cyl. Gas mileage average. Turns almost on a dime. Like the keyless entry. Have little interest in a new car with this jewel.

While in my experience other shops just tell you anything to take your money. I have know Mathew now for 2 years , and to be honest is the only place I have taking my cars too since then. I bought my 2011 murano in 2023. It has 134,000 miles on her. I replaced a/c compressor and alternator. About 800 dollars in total. Normal for a car that's older. But other than that smooth ride inside is comfy. Lots of extras. Paint is a,little sensitive. But very reliable.

Our sakes person was Daisy Fuentes, she did an excellent job, The car that I purchased was ready for a test drive when we first arrived. The car looked and performed very well. My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours. I am most pleased with the way that I was treated, the professionalism of the personnel, and their preparedness for my visit.
