We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

We stopped the Corwin Lot a few weeks ago looking for an AWD vehicle with some extra space. Jared showed us a nicely finished Traverse with low miles. We were on our way home 170 miles away and told Jared we'd think about it for awhile. Jared kept in contact w/o any pressure just to see if we had any questions or if we were interested in something different. After some clarification we agreed on a price and that we'd pick it up on the day before Thanksgiving. We bought it "as is" w/o warranty. Later that evening, when the instrument cluster is well lit, we noticed a check engine light was on and then later the Auto-Start failed to work. I stopped by Fri morning to see Jared, and he took it for a drive and just told me to sit back and have some coffee while he looked into it. Despite being a very busy post-holiday Friday he got it right into the shop w/o an appt and they dug into the issue and repaired it right away and covered the whole cost of labor and parts. Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

My wife and I bought the 2023 Murano Platinum as a replacement for our 2015 Murano Platinum. The purchase was an easy decision since we truly loved the 2015, but what we got was a vehicle that far exceeded our expectations. The 2023 has so much more In technology, safety, and upgrades over our 2015, but the ride is noticeably superior over the 2015. My wife and I are now retired, and looking forward to many traveling Highway miles to visit family, friends, and new adventures together in our new Murano.

Only Issue I have it’s friction between leathers seats and middle console. Avoid leather seats, Dealers can’t do much with this issue to be fixed. Other on that it’s a great vehicle.

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

Justin was very helpful and responsive. He negotiated to his best ability and admitted fault when he miscommunicated recall laws in TX on used cars. The process was quick and I was out in 30 minutes.

Only 16000 miles on it. Had trouble with radio, software fix, hath back seat d trouble with seat going down when pull releas latch at 2000 miles, had to have broken plastic piece replaced. 1 engine mount had collapsed, when took in for radio repair. Had to have that replaced. All was under warranty.
