Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

At first I was worried about a used car, but after the visit all my fears were dispelled. The car is in perfect condition, there were no problems.

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I’ve had a Platinum for 6 years and no issue whatsoever. Very comfortable on long drives and options galore. I’m at 130k mile and still doing great.

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. After my husband left me, I can no longer afford to lease Acadia’s. Dave and Michael were great. They were very low pressure and offered for me to have a local mechanic of my choice take a look at the van. After the mechanic inspected the van, he noticed that there was a minor leak in the radiator. Dave and Michael went above and beyond for me. They ordered the part for the van and 3 days later it was repaired and ready for me to drive home. The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I’ve owned this car for 5 years and have loved it. I was in a rear end accident where the car went under me and the car took that damage. After getting it back from the auto shop I’ve driven it for 4 years with no issues. The guy in the Lexus said he would buy one based on how well my car took that accident. Super comfortable to drive, good cameras and blind spot.

They were kind food was laid out for the customer to eat while they were filling out the paperwork for the car they picked out and I happen to pick out a nice fiat world class vehicle when I tell you it look better than the picture that I saw on the Internet I’m so glad I picked these guys to purchase a car from. They made it easy, not pushy, and all has smiles on their face and to tell you how good they are. Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

Very pleasant to talk to. Problem was they are only internet people not actual sales people. Their price was somewhat high PLUS the added a document fee of $900. That alone would kill the deal. There are many Stelvios available at this time and prices have been coming down. I am not in a rush.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

I bought my Murano new. I now have 55000 miles it has been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I have owned over 70 vehicles this at the top. I have owned Lexus, Cadillac, BMW,s this Muranno is as good or even better.
