bought a 25 Nissan Murano a few weeks ago. I absolutely love this SUV. Nothing but comfort and a very smooth ride. No road noise. Excellent audio system, heated seats work great and excellent gas mileage. I love this SUV

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

I absolutely love this car, especially all the safety equipment. My only complaint is you can't see out of the rear window very well. But all the newer cars have this same problem.

I traded in my 2017 Platinum Murano, that I absolutely loved, for a new 2025 Platinum Murano. I really love the 2025 re-design. Both the interior and exterior are exceptional and just blew me away. The ride is very comfortable, and the massage seats are an excellent upgrade. The pickup speed is not as good as prior models, but is still good. I highly recommend the car!

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

I bought this car right after I lost my husband. Being a senior widow, I wanted something I felt safe and secure driving. It's been 4 months and I am still thankful for the decision I made. I get 29.6 mpg which is amazing considering I have put nearly 5,000 miles on it. At the dealership everything passed inspection and oil change with flying colors. Only thing is sorry paint job on the 2017 Murano I have . Went to car wash you use the sprayers. Well my paint on top close to sunroof has come off. And loos like crap. Any recalls on paint?

Bought a brand new 2020 Murano "S" on March 1,2021 for $26,499 as they wanted to clear the lot of the 2020 models and could not be happier!! I drive a 1993 Mazda 4x4 60 times a year to a ski resort as I do NOT want the Murano to be subjected to the liquid salt applied to the roads here in Idaho. The last day of the season the roads were dry and as I drove out of the crowd at the after ski party....a parent yelled "you drive THIS?" Has only 10,500 miles and is worth now over $32,000 as ALL used cars are usually more than what people paid for them new in the last 2 years.

I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. Tony was excellent to work through all our questions. When we arrived we had a specific car in mind that we wanted to do a test drive. Unfortunately the car sold in the morning. Tony discussed other options and we ended up purchasing a Murano though that was a different choice from what we were first was considering. We did 3 test drives on different styles of cars and Tony was very knowledgeable on the specifics on each car. He eventually presented different purchase options and we came to a reasonable agreement on a good purchase price. We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.
