I was not expecting to leave with a 2019 but I did! I came in with an loan that was upside down the whole time. But Maria came and scooped from the lot in the front although I was hesitant, she was a breath of fresh air as a sales person. I came expecting a 2017 or 2018 and left with a fresh toy out of the box. Thank you Maria!

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.

Born and raised in the great Chicagoland area but haven???t lived there since 1985. Motor Werks has always been a leader in the luxury car market there for as long as I remember. When I found the vehicle online I was searching for at Motor Werks in Barrington I was put in contact with Sales Specialist Mark Smith. Was I concerned about purchasing a vehicle site unseen? Not at all! Working through the process with Mark Smith was seamless and transparent. From Mark to Rashard in Finance I was treated with honesty, respect and like family. I flew in to O???Hara Airport and took the Metra train to Barrington station where I was met with a Motor Works representative. The vehicle was just as stated, immaculately prepped with a full tank. Took it for a test ride and was very happy. Paperwork was a breeze, took delivery and was on the road and home to Minneapolis for dinner that evening. Mark Smith followed up with a phone call the following day to insure my trip went well. He again contacted me a month later to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything else he could he???ll with. I highly recommend Motor Werks in Barrington, IL. My wife and I were assisted immediately after entering the sales floor. Liam Berry was very polite and personable. Liam made us feel comfortable and welcome. He assisted us with the vehicles we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions immediately. Liam was familiar with all the features and options for our models and helped us understand the options and similarities/differences between the models. When we decided to pursue purchasing options, Liam had that covered as well. He presented options for all models we were interested in for purchase and lease with apples to apples comparisons. We never felt like we were being pressured to make a choice that was good for the dealership. When it came time to complete paperwork, Jennifer Holish was was ready and thorough. The paperwork was complete in no time and everything was explained in detail before signatures were taken. Compared to our previous vehicle purchases, this was a very enjoyable - yes, enjoyable - experience. We are completely satisfied with the option we selected and will definitely return for our next purchase. We had our previous Volvo serviced with Volvo of Lisle and will return there for service with our new Volvo.
