We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. So far we like our Nissan Murano. It's a quality, low mileage car. It has enough room for comfort on local or long trips. We like the bells and whistles and enjoy driving it.

I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car play on my Titan. Went to Nissan service there and Matt and Scott were absolutely outstanding. Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle

I went to Jeff Wyler on 6/9/23 for 5000 mile maintenance/inspection. I bought the Wyler maintenance package last year. What a disappointment. I was told 2 inspections ago that I would need new brake pads on the next visit. When I was there they didn’t even inspect the brakes. Honesty, I would be shocked if they even changed the oil. They wouldn’t rotate tires because I needed the wheel lock key. Come to find out it was in the glove compartment. This leads me to wonder if my tires were rotated the last 2 times I was there. No one has ever asked for the key before. It’s disappointing to think, because I was scheduled for 5:00, they did less than satisfactory work. They shouldn’t schedule people at that time if that’s the case. I bought my Toyota at Voss and had excellent service from purchasing to maintenance. I changed to Jeff Wyler because it was closer to home. I’m questioning my decision now. It’s just discouraging that I’m getting substandard care. This is the exact reason women do not trust when having something done to their vehicle.

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

Handles very well, I’m a highway driver so I test drove it up to 85 mph and it was like driving a brand new car!

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I've never had an issue with my 2014 Murano SV except for the battery cables that come loose at the most unreliable times. Otherwise, I love the features, but I hate the front wheel drive. It's not reliable in wet or icy weather.

Only 16000 miles on it. Had trouble with radio, software fix, hath back seat d trouble with seat going down when pull releas latch at 2000 miles, had to have broken plastic piece replaced. 1 engine mount had collapsed, when took in for radio repair. Had to have that replaced. All was under warranty.

I’ve had a Platinum for 6 years and no issue whatsoever. Very comfortable on long drives and options galore. I’m at 130k mile and still doing great.
