We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

Drove about 4 hours to this specific dealership Grapevine Ford. I had been researching online about the 2025 Ford Expedition Active for a few months. Grapevine Ford had the exact color Dark Magnetic Gray on their website. I spoke with a certain salesman ( no name mentioned) and we told him I would be there on Saturday. Arriving Saturday he was not at the dealership. Landon said he would take care of me himself and he really did help us out ! Landon did his very best to accommodate us. The vehicle was not on the premises so he arranged to have it brought to the dealership . I test drove it and really liked it! I would recommend Grapevine Ford to anyone they have a lot of new vehicles in stock. Ask for Landon!

Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I purchased my new 20225 HR at AutoNation, Lewisville when sales staff were in temporary housing. I definitely like the new facilities at AutoNation, Lewisville. Nice, spacious, and welcoming.

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

Melissa was our sales person, and she was fantastic. Our daughter was on crutches, and Melissa went out of her way to bring the cars close by / make her comfortable. Sale process was easy. The finance department gives the hard sell for their warranty program, which we ultimately decided not to do. Once we got the car home, we realized there were a couple of things that needed service attention. Sam and Jordan made sure everything was addressed, and we got the car back tuned up and freshly detailed. Good customer service all around!

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. It surpasses all my expectations and I'm happy to have this car. The salesman, Ian Simmonds was top notch. From when I first entered the building he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. I bought my Murano new. I now have 55000 miles it has been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I have owned over 70 vehicles this at the top. I have owned Lexus, Cadillac, BMW,s this Muranno is as good or even better.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Seeing over the hood is difficult and on left and right the way its designed. I have been up on curbs more than not. Unless, redesigned would not buy again. The navigation screen is hard to see.

I absolutely love this car, especially all the safety equipment. My only complaint is you can't see out of the rear window very well. But all the newer cars have this same problem.

I bought this car right after I lost my husband. Being a senior widow, I wanted something I felt safe and secure driving. It's been 4 months and I am still thankful for the decision I made. I get 29.6 mpg which is amazing considering I have put nearly 5,000 miles on it. At the dealership everything passed inspection and oil change with flying colors. They are so kind and helpful there and I feel I can trust them completely to service my car. I wouldn't change a thing about this beautiful SUV. A pleasure to own and drive.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I originally spoke to Ricky, who was quick, knowledgeable and accommodating. I could tell when dealing with him that he was genuine and honest, and I had no problems placing my faith in what he was telling me about their stock. When I showed interest in a vehicle, he suggested I take it for a spin which I did. When I got back he was busy with another customer and Angel took over for him in assisting me with my questions. Angel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as welll, encouraging me to take other test drives. He was more than obliging desiring me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make it so. For me, looking at cars has always been a high anxiety event but these two men made it a breeze! I was shocked at how relaxed and smooth the whole process was at this lot. The next time I’m in the market for a vehicle Lone Star auto will be the first stop on my list!

This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle
