Good gas mileage, nice to drive, comfortable, a lot of options with Premimun package enjoy. Issue with CVS transmission if doesn't change after 75000 miles. Remember with all CVS, especially in the Nissan vehicle.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

It started out bumpy dealing w/ lack of service from a specific salesman but Mazen Amir stepped in & made it all happen flawlessly.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I have been checking several dealers for a nice used car. Some dealers seemed interested, others didn't care less. The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. Only Issue I have it’s friction between leathers seats and middle console. Avoid leather seats, Dealers can’t do much with this issue to be fixed. Other on that it’s a great vehicle.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

Awesome experience buying our Cadillac DTS. Jay is very helpful. He suggested the best possible financing with a local Credit Union. The process was easy and done mostly online and phone. When it was time to pick up the car, it was clean and ready to go. We were able to save a little money by transferring a plate from our previous car, which Jay took care of... no trip to Secretary of State will be required! I was in and out the door, driving home in less than an hour.

I've never had an issue with my 2014 Murano SV except for the battery cables that come loose at the most unreliable times. Otherwise, I love the features, but I hate the front wheel drive. It's not reliable in wet or icy weather.

I love my Nissan Murano 2017 SV bought it brand new! Only problem had this year was having to change the cam shafters. My car is black so you see all scratches. The paint job could be better quality.

I am crazy about this car. It has the backup TV view in the dashboard. The radio volume has been placed in the steering wheel column. Most of all it is triple black. The seats are coal black cloth the other trim in the car is silver. It is a sharp smooth running car with the moves of a jungle cat. . I purchased this car at the Schaumburg Toyota dealer after looking at the car fax report.

Great buying experience. We live just over an hour away and received an excellent and honest phone description of the vehicle we were considering. All of the staff including the owner and his wife are very courteous and our salesman Mike was waiting for us when we arrived. We decided to buy the vehicle during the test drive and called Mike to negotiate an out the door price. We continued our test drive and drove 20 minutes to a branch office of our bank to get a check. I called Mike from the bank with the rest of the details and all of the paperwork was ready by the time we got back. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

I’ve had a Platinum for 6 years and no issue whatsoever. Very comfortable on long drives and options galore. I’m at 130k mile and still doing great.

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. OH, when it came time to go through my new Rogue and get to know it, my guy did it all on an IPad, then reinforced it once I was done!

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

I was impressed with Drew as he was not a high pressured salesman. He allowed me to familiarize myself with the bmw. When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. Carmen was quite helpful and personable while she processed paperwork. I will return in the future

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. I've driven Nissan for several years already. This 2021 Murano has the beautiful look to it. The only issue was a strut on both sides that went out, but the warranty covered it all. Total reliable vehicle for the fam!
