David Hardcastle selection advisor, was very polite, patient & understanding. He showed me several vehicles in the price range I desired. My trade-in was unsafe to drive, due to David's concern about that he allowed me to test drive 3 vehicles home keeping each over night. The 3rd one a charm! A used 2020 Rogue in excellent condition. Joe the finance manager found a great loaner plus he helped me resolve a situation with Dignifi when it was thought my car could be repaired. Jimmy in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding about my down payment. If I need to buy another car, I will visit GS Nissan as well as GS Mazda. Huge thank you to Mr Johnny. He was so kind and so compassionate. I had a flat and took my vehicle to Discount Tire first. I felt uneasy, far from seen and heard. The guy in service proceeded to tell me I needed to replace ALL 4 tires due to the treads, scoring them between 2-3. When I said no, he persisted on pushing me for a yes. I left in tears as I was already frustrated. I stopped by Nissan at Cedar Park, met Mr Johnny. Not only did I get excellent care, but I also got an HONEST report on all remaining tires, with the score of 6! This blew my mind. It?s an overall peaceful environment. The guys are awesome there. The coffee machine is fancy too lol.

I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play.
