New and used 2025 Nissan Pathfinder for sale near Appleton, WI

It was a great experience from the time we stepped into the dealership. We were made to feel welcome while we waited for our salesperson, Karla, had a great test ride and worked through financing options with Kevin. We picked the vehicle up two nights later. We’re glad to be a part of the Gandrud extended family.

The entire team at Fenton Nissan of Mcalester was more than accommodating and helpful in finding my new vehicle. Levi went above and beyond to help get me in exactly what I wanted to be in and not letting me settle for one I would be unhappy with later. Issac, the Nissan technician, was so helpful! He maintained excellent communication with me through the whole process of obtaining approval from the warranty company to cover the cost of a new transmission. The process took a few weeks during which he was calm and courteous through it all which helped me so much! We didn't purchase the vehicle at Bergstrom, but were treated with such respect! Thank you!

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. All the service visits have been great. Also we had an accident and brought our 2020 Rogue for repair and Jake and Jay Lee were awesome. I highly recommend Bergstrom on Victory Lane. Gary Soffa

A huge shout out to Chris Banovich at Bergstrom automotive “Hyundai” - he was absolutely amazing, professional and kind. He was never pushy, he listened to what we needed/wanted and answered all of our questions. (He was also funny) 😄 Chris followed up this morning with us as he said he would. He was very efficient with the sale of our daughter’s first car. We could not be happier. Great job, Chris and Bergstrom. We will be back when we need another vehicle. Excellent customer service!

My review is to comment on stellar service I receive EVERY TIME I bring my SantaFe in for work. Adam is our most frequent consultant and he is amazing! Great communication, kind and incredibly honest. The other day I stopped in without an appt and he wasn’t in. Fortunate for me, I encountered Lainey and in turn Caleb in service who graciously looked at my tires. They both were also great communicators, kind and accommodating! While people are so inclined to complain when there’s a problem, they often don’t compliment. These three set the bar high!

Everything on the repair went great, very happy. Thank You. Also, looking at a new 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, during the repair, may buy a new one. Thank You.

We were a little nervous at first, as we have not use this dealer before, and not sure what to expect. We were present pleasantly surprised, Jake from sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was not pressure to purchase a vehicle, but we did end up purchasing, and are very happy with the vehicle and our experience at Gandrud. All staff members were kind and helpful and fair. We would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.
