We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).

I love this Nissan SUV. Is more than I was hoping for. The only negative comment I have after 2 1/2 weeks of owning it is that it is too easy for someone to tamper with your gasoline because there is no lock on it. Just push the door and it pops open. NOT SAFE!

I LOVE my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder! I purchased the Pathfinder as it drove and handled smoothly with power. I test drove the Rogue, Altman, and Maxima, and the Pathfinder had, hands down the best ride, handling, and comfort. I love that it never let's me lock my keys in the car. I love my Caspian blue exterior, and palomino interior. I love its sexy curves, and the durability of the seat material. It could be a little more comfortable, but overall, I LOVE it!

As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

I am satisfied with my visit. I do think more thorough inspections should be done. My headlight was out and I knew this before the visit, but on the checklist it was marked as good. I love the cookies that are left after service visits as well .

Overpaid on purchase, now I can't sell to get out of high debt. The engine also has a tendency to shutoff when stopped at a red light, but starts back up. I was told this is normal.

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. I've loved my Nissan vehicles. I moved into the 2022 Pathfinder from the Murano. Love all the bells and whistle. Bill Robertson Nissan has taken care of me for years! And it gets good gas mileage.
