I had the best experience buying a 2025 Nissan Frontier this week. My sales person was Eddie Florence and my finance person was Robert Barrow. First, let me say I was very pleased to see such a multi-ethnic staff at Safford. I feel it's a very genuine reflection of the Northern Virginia region. Eddie warmly greeted me a few minutes after I entered the showroom and asked how he might be able to assist. Eddie's best attribute is that he is a "people person" and is able to work with many different personality types - as my girlfriend and I are polar opposites, but he was able to talk to both of us with ease, warmth and kindness - which lasted throughout the entire process. Eddie is tall, and had to sit sideways in the back row of the Frontier while on the test drive, but didn't complain one bit. He took everything in stride. He answered a million questions from both my girlfriend and me, without ever tiring or getting irritated. He was always attentive, kind, knowledgeable and committed to our satisfaction. I CANNOT say enough about this exceptional salesman. He is a pleasure to work with and by the end, we felt a business transaction turned into a friendship. Robert got us through the financing end of things quickly and stayed well past 9 p.m. to accommodate us. He has deep knowledge of not only the finance department, but sales and the auto industry as a whole given his years in the industry. We felt we could trust what he said and recommended because he was credible, articulate and so thoroughly acquainted with the ins and outs of the finance process. When we returned to get a bedliner added to our new truck, both Eddie and Robert greeted us warmly and talked with us for several minutes. This is my third Nissan - I had a Sentra and Altima before stepping up to buy my new Frontier. Out of all three buying experiences, this one was my best - because of the care and concern the staff took with us. To add, the showroom was immaculate, staff were plentiful inside the building, and the lot is centrally located in Sterling and easy to get to. It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)

I had a very stress free and simple purchase. My salesman Sayed was outstanding — very knowledgeable, very accommodating of changing schedules, and very pleasant to work with. There were none of the “usual tricks” — disappearing with the trade-in keys, asking “what it would take to buy the car today” etc etc. They honored the “internet price” without being asked. The best compliment I can give is that I would go back there to buy another new car.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

This vehicle is a pleasure to drive. Very spacious, powerful and reliable. Great for short shopping trips and long haul family getaways. all of my families needs. From towing capacity to seating everyone. This is definitely a great value.

I bought my Pathfinder Nov. 2019, I've had no problem with the way the truck runs, smooth ride, the only problem I've is my backup camera doesn't always work, it's just a black screen, so I just judge my back my the sensor beeps. That's my only problem so it get a thumbs up from me.

Overpaid on purchase, now I can't sell to get out of high debt. The engine also has a tendency to shutoff when stopped at a red light, but starts back up. I was told this is normal.

Maurice was very busy but still took the time to sit down and talk to me about the vehicle I was looking at. The car needed a sensor replaced which was ordered but not in yet. Once it was in I took the car back and they replaced the sensor no problem.

I’ve had the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder SL Rock Creek Special Edition since October 2019 and I’ve loved it since the day I bought it. The Rock Creek Edition’s design is unique, attractive, and allot of bang for my buck. It is perfectly powered, and has better tow capacity than the Explorer, Pilot, and almost every other vehicle in this class I compared. -Only complaints: No apple Carplay navigation is useless without a Sirius subscription and having map data chip updated. -Leg room is what you expect from a truck tight

This car is huge! When I say huge I mean huge! Three rows! Ac/heat for all three rows! All of our kids sit comfortably with plenty of space! The second and third row can be put down and it have a decent amount of trunk space with a nice size compartment that you can store other things as well! It has a CD player and Bluetooth! Amongst a bunch of other features! I won’t lie it’s a gas guzzler buuuuttttt I dnt mind that part at all because my entire family fits comfortably and the car itself is really nice! One more thing the car looks way smaller than it actually is!

From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They listened carefully to my needs, answered all of my questions, and made the car buying process smooth and enjoyable. I never felt pressured, which is often a concern when purchasing a vehicle. Instead, they provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and I truly appreciated their honesty and transparency.

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I love this car so much I bought 2 (used). 4x4 SE model. My my kids outgrew the back seats of my '91 300zx, I had to have something else. And NOTHING was going to come close to driving a Z. So I went the other direction. SUV. The R50 Pathfinder was perfect. Enough room for 4 comfortably, 5 for short trips. 4x4 when weather hits. Convenient for hilly streets when it rains. Would have been stuck in NW Arkansas over Christmas one year if I didn't have a 4x4. (You know the Z wouldn't have made it out of the driveway.) Dime size snow flakes. After years of faithful service, my first 2004 got T-boned 2 blocks from the office. By then all SUVs had become mini-school buses. I tracked down my 2nd 2004 with half the miles, and kept on trucking. It now has 180,000 miles, still going strong. Only known item is it kicks out of cruise after about 3 hours of driving. I'm thinking a dirty connection in the wiring. SOLID roof rack, I can use to ferry lumber or fence pickets from Lowe's to the house. 16' 2x10s, just strap 'em down and go. Most SUVs have become SVs, forgetting the UTILITY. I don't want to strap a bicycle to my roof. I actually need a vehicle that is capable of doing work. The end of the small Pathfinder was sad. My wife likes her XTerra, but the ride is uncomfortable, and the doors dig into the outside of my thighs on trips. Don't like it as much as my Pathy.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Sullivan's is family owned and operated and it shows. This is the forth car we have purchased from them. We’ve only had the car 1 month. But the v6 engine although lacking in take off power is a reliable workhorse. We love the way it rides. Seats are comfortable and interior is very spacious. The technology in this vehicle is superb and has so many safety and driver convenience that it’s almost mind blowing. Now the interior does seem to me to be somewhat cheapish. In some areas that is. And the passenger side seat sits way to low with no adjustment to heighten it (for now at least. Overall so far we love the car. This is our second Nissan vehicle and we are very pleased with the brand.
