Great buying experience. The staff was awesome. The sales person did not pressure us. Spent a lot of time with us as we test drove multiple vehicles. This is the 7th car we have purchased from Koons and it was the best experience yet.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Had a frustrating experience with Toyotas national call in center for scheduling but was fortunately transferred to Lauren and she changed my whole experience from frustrating to fantastic! It was apparent how much she cared about giving me GREAT service from the second we began our interaction. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was done correctly and within a reasonable time. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Kaylin always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Her positive energy does reflex to others in the dealership.

I would give Coleman Infiniti high marks in every category but two stand out particularly: first the personal service I received from Enrique was very welcoming and informative. And second, I was in the market for running boards for my QX60 and he was quick to find and order just the right ones for my car and have them installed in less than a week. I also like that he remembers me and uses my name when welcoming me.

When I began searching for a vehicle, I narrowed my choices down to two cars, one of them being the Infiniti QX50 Sensory. While researching online, the Infiniti dealership in Bethesda came up, and since I was already nearby, I decided to stop in. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by everyone. I let the receptionist know I was interested in test driving a vehicle, and the General Manager, Rasean, happened to be walking by and personally introduced me to my salesperson, Stephen Lall. I made it very clear that I did not want to feel pressured, as I was still in the decision-making process. Stephen completely respected that. We went for a test drive, and I shared that I really liked the vehicle. He asked if I was interested in purchasing that day, and I explained that I planned to test drive another car before making my final decision. He simply asked if he could follow up — there was absolutely no pressure. After visiting another dealership, I immediately noticed the difference. Other sales teams contacted me multiple times a day. That was not my experience here. The Infiniti team respected my space and allowed me time to decide comfortably. After about two and a half weeks, I returned and purchased the Infiniti QX50 Sensory, and I am extremely happy with my decision. The vehicle is smooth, comfortable, and truly feels like the right fit for me. The seats are especially comfortable, and the overall driving experience has been excellent. I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!

Most people don?t think of a dealership for routine maintenance but Koons Manassas as an excellent place to start. Prices are fair. Service is done on time and pricing is very transparent. Give these pros a try.
