On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to test drive and had an appointment with Jean (John) Venant on December 27th. The car (2024 Mazda CX-5) was waiting for me when we arrived. Our salesman was a great guy & seemed knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. It didn't take me long to decide to buy the car on the spot. Baltimore in the financing department fought very hard to get me the best rate/deal available. They even gave me far more for my trade in that I was anticipating. Everyone throughout the (seemingly painless) process was great to work with. We felt very valued. My only "complaint" is the sticker shock I had when I saw all the "dealer fees" on the bill of sale. Many things (window tint, fabric protector, etc) were all things that you only typically see when buying a brand new car and not when buying a used car. And, with any used car purchase, I made sure to get the extended warranty. That's just smart no matter which dealership you buy from. However, I am concerned a bit to read very mixed reviews of the EasyCare warranty company, as it seems they only approve HALF of the claims submitted. Fingers crossed.

The service at Conyers Nissan was really great. The young man that was my service provider did an excellent job and making sure that my car received all the necessary services and gave me a printout of what additional services was needed.
