I had lost my families car in an accident so I went down to Fred martin Nissan here in Akron/green and the quality of service I got was amazing. Alyssa is kind and understanding. She helped get my family in a car it deserved with affordable payments. I felt like part of the family while I was there and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fun for my kids too. I am now a proud owner of a Nissan rouge and couldn't be more thrilled of where I got it. Thank you for the help you guys really helped my family come out of a bad spot in life painlessly. I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

It is always daunting shopping for cars. Domenic who has over a decade of sales experience did not seem like a shady salesman. He really put us at ease and gave us space to look at cars. He didn’t take advantage of our openness with our budget and he along with Danny really worked hard so that my daughter could walk out with the car she wanted, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra at her budgeted price. They didn’t get upset when they found out we didn’t need financing but really worked to meet our budget. The cs rep was amazing. Very professional, quick and nice. The car was done on time. The last I got an oil change there, the car wasn’t washed and it supposed to have been. Glad to see it was washed today.

Although the car is over 3 years old, it only has 20000 miles, Tom in the service department was kind enough to replace the defective shocks at no charge. He was very kind & understanding. This was a great experience!

This dealership is awesome from sales to service. On my last visit I was a walk in at 3:00 on a Friday. My gas cap was locked/jammed. The issue was resolved and I received a car wash. Stellar!
