About 2 weeks ago I went into Bertera Nissan in Auburn Ma. to lease a car. I ended up leasing a 2019 Nissan Altima. First off, I Love the car! It is a really sharp automobile, with a classy slick new design, a lot of technology, a great safety record, and a smooth ride! My experience was excellent. The salesman David Anglin, was polite, professional and very accommodating. Vinny the financial representative, was personable and efficient. Also, the sales manager (sorry, I can't recall the name), was both personable and accommodating as well. Although it took a bit of time to work out lease deal specific to my circumstances, they eventually they worked out a good lease deal for me! I think of Ed as the person that helps me purchase what I want at the price I want to pay as opposed to the person trying to sell me a car. We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle for our son from Nucar Nissan and our experience was very good. Our sales associate, Craig Adams, was experienced, friendly, low-pressure and patient. He worked hard, going through three different vehicles on the lot with us in the rain, bringing them around for us to drive. Reviewing Carfax, giving us honest advice and then being transparent with us during the sales process was most appreciated. There was a bit of an issue (not with Craig) when it came time to close on the car price and they’d added $1850 in charges for a LoJack, wheel locks, an extra key fob and all weather floor mats. I thought that was VERY pricey for a used Kia Forte. We worked on it and I got it down to $1000 for locks, a fob and mats. Still think that’s a bit much, but they worked with me a little on the car price, so it almost evened out. It was a little disconcerting on a car at this price level but I felt OK about it in the end, because those were items we wanted with the car.. I think that those items should be listed out separately and offered to the buyer, not just tossed in, forcing me to work to ask what it is and why it was almost 10% of the car’s price. I did not appreciate that part of the purchase. Buyer beware. Overall though, Craig was great and Sami, the finance manager was good as well. Save for the $1800 at closing, the experience was very good. We kept them past closing and they were fine. They worked hard for the sale and were very appreciative of our business. Five stars for Craig and his customer service. - he was amazing Taking one star off for the pricing issue I had to negotiate, unnecessary work and sort of a hidden charge I didn’t appreciate. Overall, a very good experience.

It was my first visit at Nissan in Norwood and I was pleasantly surprised in many ways. I had two incorrect diagnostics done on my car elsewhere and was referred by a mechanic. I was checked in and assisted by Matt Andrade and the team and they were amazing such proven professionals. My service advisor diagnosed my car accurately and my car was serviced quickly. I put my trust in good hands. They surpassed my expectations. My car is driving smoothly. They provided me with a complimentary car wash making my car look brand new. I highly recommend this place for quality work, professionalism and a fair price. I have found my forever home for my Nissan’s auto needs!

I recently went in for an oil change and found that my rear differential was toast. I had to have a new rear end installed which affected the ABS module which also had to be replaced. Through out the process, Dennis in the service dept. kept me well informed of the progress. They kept to the original estimate and also gave me a new loaner vehicle to drive. I am very pleased with the outcome and thank you Dennis.
