I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I traveled from Maine because of the ratings, the deal and the treatment I got over the phone and in person.
