So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

My initial review is posted at the bottom. I have changed my rating from do not buy, to good. It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

5 stars because our salesperson Teresa was super kind and attentive and let us find and test drive vehicles at other dealerships before coming back to Kunes. They have nice cars too! Only negative was the 3 hours it took to sign paperwork for car (no financing, paid cash) but perhaps they were busy. They did apologize often..lol

The best car I have owned. Bought it brand new, now I have about 30,000 miles on it and I have had zero problems! Take care of your car and you won’t have any problems!

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

Recent purchase of a 2025 RAM was amazing. Jose and Alvin were professional, helpful and offered me a great trade in amount. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I had the BEST car shopping experience here. I never felt pressured to know exactly what I want or to buy a new top of the line right then and there. Steve was a gem and listened to what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. He was realistic with expectations and never pressured me into anything. With other dealerships, I felt trapped like I couldn't leave until I bought something from them. Not here. I bought a 2016 SL used in 2017 from the dealer. It has a lot of great features. The SL model rides and handles a lot better then lower models. Good inside room for passengers and storage. Pretty good gas mileage and pickup for the size. No CVT issues so far that I've heard of. Suggest you pay attention to CVT maintenance as it requires more service than your standard geared transmission. I got that from a 2015 Juke I still own. Renewed maintenance resolved the dreaded CVT "stumble".

Gave us even a better deal than expected. Highly recommend them. No high pressure and family friendly. Kids really liked the life size Marvel statues.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

As far as far experiences go this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jim was amazing in finding a vehicle that fit all my needs. It was done rather quickly and they walked me thru all the steps. I will be coming here everytime to get a vehicle.

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

This is an awesome vehicle. My husband has an Acura & he is talking about turning his in and getting a Nissan for himself. So awesome on gas & the comfort and bells and whistles are great.

I have owned a 2013 Rogue for 10 years. It has traveled north, south, east and west multiple times with no issues until just now. Catalytic Converter and a run in with a deer. Would i get another one? Absolutely.

This is an update to previous review. I bought the cerma plate protection package but was unhappy with the interior. I took it back and it turned out that nobody even worked on the interior. They did it while I waited. If I hadn't taken it back I would have paid for something I didn't get. The service dept. was a little upset with my mood and attitude, but when they found out no-one had even worked on my interior they were very apologetic and nice about it and thanked me for bringing it to they're attention. I don't like dealers and this is a perfect example of why.
