This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I've had car repair (body work) done at Royal, and the staff there is so pleasant and professional, explains things thoroughly, and always makes me feel like I'm in very good hands. The waiting area is pleasant. I always bring remote work and am able to work while I wait. Last time I picked up my car, it looked like new! It had been cleaned inside and out, it was such a pleasure to get in it. Excellent experience!

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

December of 2018 was looking for a used but nice Vehicle and had my mind set on a payment I could afford. This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

I needed almost $4,000 of work done on the timing for my 2019 F-150, that was just out of warranty. A closer dealership was rude and uncaring and a friend told me to try Bidleman of Auburn. I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The parts took a long time to arrive, but Bidleman was always friendly on the phone (and the supply issue wasn’t their fault, anyway). Once the parts arrived, they performed the service and they also worked with Ford Motor Corp. to get the majority of the work covered. My bill was a fraction of what the original estimate was! Now the truck runs great. They have a new customer, I will return to Bidleman Ford. I really feel like they were experienced, friendly and everything you look for in an auto dealership.

I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

We went to royal Subaru hoping to find an SUV after going all over and having no luck. We met “Uncle” Bill OGorman there, and he helped us find a Subaru Forester Touring that we fell in love with. It is a lovely light green color. It fits all of my needs, as i am handicapped and have trouble getting in and out of cars. Bill went above and beyond making sure that we were comfortable, and that we knew and tried every feature in the vehicle. We went on an extended trial test ride, and he went over every detail that we asked about, and then some. When in the office, he made sure we were comfortable, offering us snacks and a drink of juice or water. That was very thought of him, as i have trouble sitting for long periods. He did a very through job of explaining all the other details that we needed to know before we got the car. We would highly recommend Bill to anyone who comes there, and had a very pleasant experience at Royal Subaru of Cortland.

I had my car for 4 months, long commuter here i drive 100 miles a day and i love it. Eco mode saves gas and snow mode great in winter and snow.

I've never been crazy about a dealership, but I'm a huge fan of this one. A mechanic here was able to find a problem several other shops could not. He continues to take great care of my car. I bought used 2021 with 19,000 miles. I now have 53,400 on odometer with no issues or problems. I have replaced tires/rear brakes-normal wear. I had a local Nissan dealership CVT transmission recommended service @ 50,000 miles ( no one else can service) cost $320.00. I have had zero issues thus far. I need to do transfer case/rear serviced at 60,000. I pay for a full service oil change every 5,000 miles which is imperative for vehicle reliability. DO THE SMALL SERVICES !!! the few dollars spent will save you from spending for major repairs later…. My father taught me this. A car is the WORST investment you can make so take care of it. I buy a car and keep til the wheels fall off and love having a reliable vehicle and no car payment.

I have owned a 2013 Rogue for 10 years. It has traveled north, south, east and west multiple times with no issues until just now. Catalytic Converter and a run in with a deer. Would i get another one? Absolutely.

They are willing to work with me. Its hard to know what to do though because of inflation now every where!

Tyler was very helpful. A little disappointed with the tires that came on the car. Rear ones were BARELY LEGAL! Got an incredible deal on this 2022 Outback. Only had 30,000 miles on it. Beautiful Crimson Red Pearl exterior. I'd buy again from them, but not without getting good tires on the next vehicle before we commit to buy.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

My2018Subaru Outback center screen went blank in September last year . It took four months for the parts to come in. But, Tina kept me informed about status of the order. Finally, the parts came last week and the screen was fixed .Pleased with the service. Derrick was very friendly,efficient and helpful.Definitely, will go back for service.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

We were just looking and came from across the street and at the front door was Chris Henry. He met us with a smile and nice greeting. We talked for a while and he showed us a JEEP wrangler. We looked it over and went home (liverpool,ny) and called a day or two later that we wanted to get a wrangler with the options and color we wanted. He (Chris) called and said they would have one the next day. WE went the next day to close the deal and all went very well with Ken doing the finance and Chris handing us the keys.
