After bring back for the third time, the mechanic this time found the problem within 30 minutes of examining my car. The service advisor kept me informed and was instrumental in relaying to the mechanic my exact description(s) of what was wrong or malfunctioning.

I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car. I haven't learned everything there is to know about the car but the reference guide is very helpful. My last car was a 2010 so there are some major differences in it but I am learning!

I arrived to the dealership on my first day shopping and they made it super easy for me to make a decision on that very same day. I got the exact color and all the features I wanted for a really good price and they were also flexible with me on the down payment. My wife and I came in looking for a 2024 Nissan Frontier S King Cab 2WD. The price was good, but during the buying process our sales advisor Jerry also showed us a 2024 NISSAN Frontier PRO-X. For $500 more this truck had less mileage, 3-person passenger seating and safety driving features. This truck fit our budget and in the end we decided that this was the truck for us! The processing of the purchase was seamless albeit still a long processing time. We got a truck that fit our budget and still had enough left over to purchase a 7-yr CPO wrap-around bumper-bumper warranty that gave my wife and I peace of mind.

I had an overall really good experience. This is the purchase of my first car, personally, I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding the automotive industry and mechanics, so the guidance from the salesperson was very helpful and it's clear that it was in her interest for me to get the best deal possible. One thing I would recommend as an improvement is that I felt pressured to make a decision at points in the process. I understand that the role of a salesperson is to guide the customer into making a decision, but sometimes I felt that not all of my doubts were answered, or that there wasn't enough clarity on what stage of the process we were in. Additionally, the car turned out to have a malfunction on the battery two days after the purchase, which shows that the repair process wasn't done with extreme attention to detail. However, the staff was efficient and really helpful in fixing the issue and ensuring I was satisfied with my choice. The thing I'll highlight the most about the experience is the dedication to the customer and the desire for me to get a great deal.

Any time we are in this Nissan Pembroke Pines for service we are attended by Mrs. Keri Seiple a Service Advisor and always she explains in detail all that be done to our vehicle. And always our car back from services with a complementary car wash.
