I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car. I haven't learned everything there is to know about the car but the reference guide is very helpful. My last car was a 2010 so there are some major differences in it but I am learning!

This is the fourth consecutive Nissan (2017 Murano, 2020 Murano, 2023 Rogue, and now 2026 Rogue -- all "Platinum" trim level) that I've leased with the terrific folks at Lia Nissan of Colonie. All four experiences have been efficient and expedient, and I have always enjoyed the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. It all starts with the expertise and knowledge of the general manager Dave Bertuch who always treats me with the utmost respect while putting together "the best possible deal." Then this particular leasing & delivery day (9/26/2025) continued with the sales associate Robert Challacombe and financial consultant Michael Dwarika. Robert spent a good amount of time with me reviewing the leasing process and then proceeded to show me everything I needed to know about the car itself, and Michael explained all the financial details and involved paperwork. i went for service on my nissan rouge and when i got there Aaron Boule, the service guy told me i was i week early. lol but he said no problem we can fit you in . got a oil change and tire rotation . he came out and said i needed a lower idle arm on my left front side and a wheel alignment . i said can it wait wait and he said no because it was not safe ,so he went a head and had the tech fix it. i,m so cheap lol what a great guy ,he took into acount my safety .i will always go back to Aaron for all my service needs .
