Visited Raymond Chevrolet on 10/10/25 after texting with Blake. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Drew and he seemed to immediately know exactly why I was there. Pulled the car around that I wanted to look at and off we went on a test drive. Drew had more of a consultative approach rather than a high pressure approach which was definitely appreciated. The car drove great, yet my hopes weren’t high due to the fact that I have bad credit because of some stupid mistakes I made when I was young and haven’t spent the time/effort to repair yet. After a quick discussion with Drew upon our arrival back at the dealership, Jerry, the Used Car General Manager, came over to sit with me and he answered every single question I had written down (and there were around 15 of them!). At this point, they already knew my credit situation since I made them aware pretty early on. Instead of just going through the motions, EVERY single employee at Raymond Chevrolet took the time to make sure my questions were answered and ensure I had a great experience and I never felt less than or judged because of my credit situation. After Jerry answered all my questions, I wanted the car! I had previously been denied for an auto loan through a local credit union (even with offering a higher down payment than I did at the dealership). It didn’t take long at all and after a very short wait Jerry came over and approached me with his thumbs up, “we got you approved.” I was literally shocked….Sure, I didn’t get the best interest rate possible, but with my credit, simply getting an approval at all was amazing. At this time it was around 9:30 PM and the dealership closes at 9:00 PM. If there was an employee that was needed to make this happen for me that night, they hung tight and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Janelle, the Customer Experience Manager. Janelle walked me through some very important Tesla specific topics and was very patient with me. The entire time I felt like I was being HELPED, not SOLD. Any “add-ons” were throughly explained and literally each one made sense with my situation (kids, first time Tesla owner, Chicago winters, etc.)… They offered me what I really needed, not just what they could make extra money on. Janelle made sure that I was clear on everything and then I wrapped up the process with the Sales Manager Cooper. Cooper made the signing process extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to get done, got done that night regardless of the time or any obstacles we encountered. At this point, I was extremely happy with my experience & it was time to head out at which time Jerry (manager) and Drew (sales person) escorted me from Antioch to Pleasant Prairie just so that I could take the vehicle home THAT NIGHT. Keep in mind, by the time we arrived in Pleasant Prairie, WI, it was at least 1:30 AM. My plan was to check out a vehicle so that I could then go look for a co-signor because I didn’t think I stood a chance of getting an approval; however, the folks at Raymond Chevrolet made it possible for me to make ONE trip to the dealership, purchase the vehicle ai wanted AND take it home that same day… All while going above an beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and having a great experience which I 100% did. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOUR CREDIT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, I URGE YOU TO VISIT MY NEW FRIENDS AT RAYMOND CHEVROLET AND JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO WHAT MANY PLACES JUST AREN’T ABLE TO - ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS (non-judgement environment, friendly and extremely helpful staff and even the ability to obtain an approval for financing for someone with POOR credit). Every aspect of the experience was on point and I highly recommend visiting Raymond Chevrolet if you’re in the market for a new vehicle and you want to avoid the high pressure sales tactics that we see too often at dealerships! I bought my car in 2014 with 5 miles on it. I changed the oil, had the CVT fluid changed at the intervals recommended by Nissan and I never had any problems with my car. Someone hit me and totaled my vehicle the end of September 2023. My car had 159,999 in the odometer at that time. I was trying to make it last as long as possible. I know what others say about this car but it was a great car and I’ve never had any issues or problems with it. Sad to see it gone.

The staff is respectful and patient. They explained things for me to understand. Good customer service. They were not as pushy like other dealerships/service stations. I am a repeated customer.

Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

I recently purchased a 2024 Sentra SV with the premium package. I also currently own a 2020 Sentra SV (no upgraded package). I've owned that one for 4 years with 80k miles on it now. Great, reliable car. Very comfortable seats, great gas mileage, very good standard stereo system. I love the layout of everything for HVAC controls and radio. The dash display with speed limit sign recognition is great as well. I have had zero problems with the 2020 Sentra (I'm passing that car along to my daughter so not getting rid of it). For the 2024, the only notable differences are the transmission (it was upgraded in 2024) and the stereo controls. The transmission seems more responsive now in keeping rpms low without losing any acceleration. Very quiet car without the whining on the CVT. (there is some but not bad). The stereo on the premium package includes Bose speakers. I was hoping they would be a great upgrade but noticed no real improvement; maybe even slightly worse than the standard setup. In my 2020 Sentra, there is a sound adjustment for the midrange and a bass enhancer you can turn on/off. The new one does not have these selections. It sounds like too much midrange so kind of distorted and not crisp like I expect the Bose to be. Other than that, the car performs the same. It's a perfect reliable commuter car with enough features to keep you happy and comfortable on long drives. I have no issue with pickup or highway driving. I highly recommend.

I have bought my last few Subarus from this dealership even though it is further from my home than at least 3 other Subaru dealers. They always seem willing to make me a nice deal on a new car, and they go above and beyond making the the process fast and convenient. Further, the sales representative with whom I worked, Reid Stanley, was accommodating, calm, not pushy, helpful and informative. Really everything one would wish for in a sales associate.

I take care of my baby, i totally transformed the car , its pimped out now . Bought this car at 60k Miles in 2017 and now has 215k miles present day. I will say , My oil changes were every 5000miles with full synthetic oil used. I change the cvt fluid every 50000 miles or once a year for me cause i have heavier rims and tires on the car. I must say this is the best car i have owned by far and if you love it , it will love you.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Car is beautiful I have the metalic orange. Already 5000 miles and i stared to have problem with the cameras. took it to service and to correct the cameras malfunction. Dealer cannot fix it and will order a new one. after that then the car starting to have more problems, sunroof won't open all the way, navigator screen become black and yesterday was driving to Cleveland the usb port stop working soddenly. In addition to that I took my car to my mechanic to check my car with the computer and he found that there are 3 error code, appointment with Nissan service on Tuesday.

Had 2021 sr. car was rear ended and, if not for car, I would be dead. All those safety measures took hold, air bags, belts. Couldn't find another like it. Settled for 2018 SV.

Got a 2024 SV, Aspen White Tri Coat ($400 option) all weather package (heated seats, heated leather wrapped steering wheel,heated mirrors, remote start, dual zone climate control, $590 option) proximity keyless entry and keyless start....for $20443. It's a freaking bargain! The interior is well laid out and comfortable even for me and I'm 6'5'. Everything is easy to access and understand and there's better soft touch materials everywhere they should be. Stereo is a pretty basic 6 speaker system with tweeters in the A pillars, 2 front door speakers and 2 rear deck speakers. Took about 2 weeks for the speakers to break in and deliver better sounding bass that's smoother. Clarity is pretty remarkable for a standard factory system. Performance wise...well it's a 149hp and weighs 3000lbs with a cvt. It's not winning many races but it's absolutely fine for any situation. You can easily pass cars and the cvt keeps the revs low on the interstate so your fuel economy doesn't suffer so much at higher speeds. Speaking of fuel economy,this thing won't get less than 40mpg. If I baby it in ecomode I've seen as high as 48mpg on my 24 mile commute to work. Running 50/50 rural roads and interstate I've gotten as much as 46mpg hand calculated (that's keeping the ac off and really trying for the best mpg I can get) normally though my tanks average 40-42mpg. The on board mpg readout is pretty darn accurate too. As far as saftey features, the blind spot monitoring has been perfect, rear back up automatic braking works well and the backup sensors let you know when you're getting close to stuff. Rear cross traffic alert works great too. I ALWAYS turn off automatic emergency braking for the front. Those systems are notorious for being overly cautious and intervening when not needed. We have the same type of system in our tractor trailers at work and they do more harm than good. Overall I'd highly recommend buying a Sentra. It's quiet, comfortable, handles better than it has a right to. Looks great and is cheap to own. The cvt for 2024 is a Jatco CVT XS. Look it up, it's meant to take way more power than a Sentra makes. Has a twin oil pump to keep pressures up and reduce slipping to reduce heat and wear. Has a multiplate clutch system for better lockup and again less slippage and it adds auto start stop which operates near seamlessly. Disregard the silly review complaining about the auto start stop system, there's a button to turn it off....its not the car's fault that person didn't read the owners manual. I'm not worried about reliability. Sentras rate a 4 out of 5 for reliability by warranty companies and companies that monitor repairs industry wide. They also have had and are projected to have less than average repair costs than other cars in the segment. Realistically a civic and corolla may be more reliable but you will never find one with this many options for less than $6000 more. Besides, if you're tall you definitely don't want a civic or corolla. They're ugly too lol. A base model corolla still has a torsion beam rear suspension while the Sentras get multi link independent rear suspensions and 2 sway bars. Sentras handle flat and active trace control keeps them from understeering in turns when pushed hard and trust me it works. Go drive one, you'll like it. Extended warranties are cheaper for these than most American brands. Throw a warranty on it and it's still cheaper to buy a loaded Sentra than a base civic or corolla. I wouldn't even consider a Hyundai/Kia with all the engine and transmission failures they're having now. Shop around and absolutely do not pay msrp. Prices are dropping and patience will pay off.

This car check all my boxes for an economic sedan with good aesthetics. It looks sporty and more expensive than it is, offers a comfortable ride and a lot of safety features. The only thing I wish is that they offered a more powerful engine. 149 hp is ok for everyday commuting, but would like the option of more.

Brought my vehicle in back in January for some issues related to the oil pan. Victor and the crew at Hopkins took amazing care of me and empathized with me throughout the entire repair process. First things first, I bought this for fuel economy, not power, so I knew going into it that the 4 cyl wouldn't have the power of a V6 and I'm 100% OK with that. So I drive 55 miles one way to work every day and I have been averaging approximately 36.7 mpg. I enjoy the car overall. It's amazingly comfortable with all the bells and whistles of any luxury car with the SR Premium package, but I also did all the research to find what I wanted in a car and looked specifically for VALUE overall. My only complaint is that the caramel brown interior option isn't available on the higher end models. I've always had black interiors and would have loved to have a brown instead. Overall, for the money, the Sentra is exceptional value. I specifically wanted a car without turbo etc. Reliability was high on my list, and extra parts to worry about and maintain was not on my list. Having AndroidAuto, heated seats and heated steering wheel have come in handy. The looks of the orange with black top has turned so many heads and it makes me happy to hear that people appreciate such a different color. Hands down Nissan of Greer, and Mike Harley in particular, have made the process amazingly simple and easy. I can't thank all the guys at the dealership enough. If you want the best value for the money, I truly feel it is hard to beat the B18 Sentras.

Overall The salesperson John was most helpful, kind and professional. My only complaint was it took them a while to get all my paperwork and docs that I signed emailed to me. Also car shipment company they used to transport vehicle to my destination could have better up to date info on delivery date... instead of last minute.

I love mine. The only thing I would say is that is not as economic in gas as the Nissan Versa Note 2015 that I trade I only drive 10 minutes from home to work, and my days off I still at home, and I am spending more in gas, I don't know why.. But overall, I love it.
