Awesome car . I’m having some transmission slipping ..major red flag .. but I’m so happy with the overall performance otherwise since I’ve owned other many other problems when they were high mileage . I’d buy a Nissan Sentra again if I could afford it . Older lady .. wishing I could get my Transmission to not be sluggish in 1st gear !!!! Transmission sticking !!

She?s the only person I trust with both of my vehicles. She knows my cars inside and out. She reminds me if I forget when service is due. She doesn?t try and over sell me on my service. Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

Very good experience. Efficient, on time, and friendly. Only short point is without complementary car wash after the service. Will continue to use this service.

Car is beautiful I have the metalic orange. Already 5000 miles and i stared to have problem with the cameras. took it to service and to correct the cameras malfunction. Dealer cannot fix it and will order a new one. after that then the car starting to have more problems, sunroof won't open all the way, navigator screen become black and yesterday was driving to Cleveland the usb port stop working soddenly. In addition to that I took my car to my mechanic to check my car with the computer and he found that there are 3 error code, appointment with Nissan service on Tuesday.

As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Big ups to Jeremiah and the AutoNationUSA-Katy team for a very satifying car-buying experience.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

Had a great experience was helped by Caleb. Love the water and coffee offered while I waited. Was a good day to visit was not too crowded.

Rodney Feltus at Joe Myers Toyota was fantastic to work with. He was personable, listened well, and proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable. After our ordered-from-factory car arrived, Rodney gave my wife and I what's *easily* the most thorough tour of a new, high-tech car with we've ever gotten. His tour was *way* better than the standard "Here's the keys, now get out of here" some dealers seem to do. Part of the reason we chose Joe Myers is because Rodney was the only sales rep among several dealerships we talked to, who was willing to give us a *proper* number on what the 'drive off' price would be for a factory-ordered car. Every other dealership we talked to essentially refused to put any price in writing- asking us to put money down for an order, then negotiate a price *after* arrival. No thanks! Aside from the care and attention we were given *before* our purchase, Rodney got in contact a while after our purchase to check how we were doing with our new purchase (we *love* it!). Another nice *very* note- I needed a dealer signature on a form in order to get a Texas rebate for my new car. I contacted Rodney about it, emailed him a document to print and sign- and that was it- an envelope with the printed and signed documents arrived at my house a week later, with no need for extra reminders. I *really* appreciate that level of care being shown after the original transaction was complete, and would *definitely* recommend this place (and especially our sales person, Rodney) to others

Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

Katy Toyota rocks! Here's a shout out to Marci Simpson, who helped us better understand the many options for leasing one of their new cars. She was pleasant and friendly and a delight to work with. Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. I recently purchased a 2024 Sentra SV with the premium package. I also currently own a 2020 Sentra SV (no upgraded package). I've owned that one for 4 years with 80k miles on it now. Great, reliable car. Very comfortable seats, great gas mileage, very good standard stereo system. I love the layout of everything for HVAC controls and radio. The dash display with speed limit sign recognition is great as well. I have had zero problems with the 2020 Sentra (I'm passing that car along to my daughter so not getting rid of it). For the 2024, the only notable differences are the transmission (it was upgraded in 2024) and the stereo controls. The transmission seems more responsive now in keeping rpms low without losing any acceleration. Very quiet car without the whining on the CVT. (there is some but not bad). The stereo on the premium package includes Bose speakers. I was hoping they would be a great upgrade but noticed no real improvement; maybe even slightly worse than the standard setup. In my 2020 Sentra, there is a sound adjustment for the midrange and a bass enhancer you can turn on/off. The new one does not have these selections. It sounds like too much midrange so kind of distorted and not crisp like I expect the Bose to be. Other than that, the car performs the same. It's a perfect reliable commuter car with enough features to keep you happy and comfortable on long drives. I have no issue with pickup or highway driving. I highly recommend.

Got a 2024 SV, Aspen White Tri Coat ($400 option) all weather package (heated seats, heated leather wrapped steering wheel,heated mirrors, remote start, dual zone climate control, $590 option) proximity keyless entry and keyless start....for $20443. It's a freaking bargain! The interior is well laid out and comfortable even for me and I'm 6'5'. Everything is easy to access and understand and there's better soft touch materials everywhere they should be. Stereo is a pretty basic 6 speaker system with tweeters in the A pillars, 2 front door speakers and 2 rear deck speakers. Took about 2 weeks for the speakers to break in and deliver better sounding bass that's smoother. Clarity is pretty remarkable for a standard factory system. Performance wise...well it's a 149hp and weighs 3000lbs with a cvt. It's not winning many races but it's absolutely fine for any situation. You can easily pass cars and the cvt keeps the revs low on the interstate so your fuel economy doesn't suffer so much at higher speeds. Speaking of fuel economy,this thing won't get less than 40mpg. If I baby it in ecomode I've seen as high as 48mpg on my 24 mile commute to work. Running 50/50 rural roads and interstate I've gotten as much as 46mpg hand calculated (that's keeping the ac off and really trying for the best mpg I can get) normally though my tanks average 40-42mpg. The on board mpg readout is pretty darn accurate too. As far as saftey features, the blind spot monitoring has been perfect, rear back up automatic braking works well and the backup sensors let you know when you're getting close to stuff. Rear cross traffic alert works great too. I ALWAYS turn off automatic emergency braking for the front. Those systems are notorious for being overly cautious and intervening when not needed. We have the same type of system in our tractor trailers at work and they do more harm than good. Overall I'd highly recommend buying a Sentra. It's quiet, comfortable, handles better than it has a right to. Looks great and is cheap to own. The cvt for 2024 is a Jatco CVT XS. Look it up, it's meant to take way more power than a Sentra makes. Has a twin oil pump to keep pressures up and reduce slipping to reduce heat and wear. Has a multiplate clutch system for better lockup and again less slippage and it adds auto start stop which operates near seamlessly. Disregard the silly review complaining about the auto start stop system, there's a button to turn it off....its not the car's fault that person didn't read the owners manual. I'm not worried about reliability. Sentras rate a 4 out of 5 for reliability by warranty companies and companies that monitor repairs industry wide. They also have had and are projected to have less than average repair costs than other cars in the segment. Realistically a civic and corolla may be more reliable but you will never find one with this many options for less than $6000 more. Besides, if you're tall you definitely don't want a civic or corolla. They're ugly too lol. A base model corolla still has a torsion beam rear suspension while the Sentras get multi link independent rear suspensions and 2 sway bars. Sentras handle flat and active trace control keeps them from understeering in turns when pushed hard and trust me it works. Go drive one, you'll like it. Extended warranties are cheaper for these than most American brands. Throw a warranty on it and it's still cheaper to buy a loaded Sentra than a base civic or corolla. I wouldn't even consider a Hyundai/Kia with all the engine and transmission failures they're having now. Shop around and absolutely do not pay msrp. Prices are dropping and patience will pay off.

It's a great car, I came from a 2013 Toyota Corolla with 190,000 mi on it. I may be slightly biased but it's very quick and sips gas. If you're looking for a transportation vehicle, I would totally recommend this. It's a beautiful car with lots of technology and very stylish exterior.

Rides well. Got some pep. Interior styling upscale. Plenty of space. Trunk space-plenty of room. Back seats with plenty of room. Like no noise engine.

I found the vehicle on Cars.com site and it was what I was looking for. Low mileage and a fair price. The dealership was responsive and timely regarding scheduling an appointment. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I took the truck back today to have the windows tinted which was included with the purchase. I felt like I got a good deal based on the pricing I had seen previously. Overall a good experience but I was surprised to see so many people wearing shorts and I understand the weather is hot in Texas but it was surprising.

I just bought a 2013 Sentra SL. After buy8ng it I read some very bad reviews, regarding extensive repairs, costing thousands. I'm a low income, retired Senior, so this is all bad news to me. Mostly concerned about the issues they have had with their transmissions. My vehicle has 78,000km. Should I be worried!?

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

It's pretty smooth driving it, easy to handle very comfortably made front to back, seats are nice, speakers are decent for stock, the middle screen is easy to navigate through. Well rounded vehicle in my opinion

I take care of my baby, i totally transformed the car , its pimped out now . Bought this car at 60k Miles in 2017 and now has 215k miles present day. I will say , My oil changes were every 5000miles with full synthetic oil used. I change the cvt fluid every 50000 miles or once a year for me cause i have heavier rims and tires on the car. I must say this is the best car i have owned by far and if you love it , it will love you.
