I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I had the BEST car shopping experience here. I never felt pressured to know exactly what I want or to buy a new top of the line right then and there. Steve was a gem and listened to what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. He was realistic with expectations and never pressured me into anything. With other dealerships, I felt trapped like I couldn't leave until I bought something from them. Not here. Steve understood that buying a car was a huge commitment and let me have my time to think about what I wanted and what was available in my budget. I was able to leave the dealership to think about my options and wasn't hounded with calls and messages asking me when I was going to buy or what the dealership could do to make me a customer. I had space to think and make a decision that didn't feel forced. Even when I bought my new car, everything was explained in detail and they made sure to give me time to ask questions so I knew EXACTLY what I was getting into. As a first time car buyer, this was a dream of an experience. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Lou Bachrodt is second to none. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

I had previously posted a review with much disdain for this company. However, since then they have reached out & have attempted to make the situation right. My respect & gratitude for them is restored & I am pleased with their response & service at this point.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

I have driven Nissan vehicles for many years. I find them stylish, dependable, comfortable, & fuel efficient. And, the safety features are great! They are also price competitive with similar manufactures vehicles. My 2923 is a good looker and exceeds my expectations.

How friendly everyone is and how fast the service is. I have not had a problem here in the 14 years I have come here for service.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I had my car for 4 months, long commuter here i drive 100 miles a day and i love it. Eco mode saves gas and snow mode great in winter and snow.

My 2nd Rogue. Plenty of room for 4. Little crowded for 5. Storage area good. Gas mileage was selling point for me. Warning. If you decide to pass slower traffic….hold on!! Has plenty of “get up and go”!! I love it.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Performance is exceptional and elite. Have never driven any car as such, especially it's comfort and features. Suitable for single and individual family. Full functional.

I was looking for something good but reasonable and found it at the Used Car Factory. I found a great newer model Jeep at a very reasonable price. Jay was very helpfull and accomodating and made our overall experience a great one. If you need a used car, you have to check this place out!

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.
