I was hesitant at first, because I was not greeted in the parking lot. So I went inside and talked with a older gentleman, he was not pushy and seemed very nice. He was somewhat informative, he let me take the car for a test drive with no DL. I would of liked to get the price down a little more, but they di amount for it! South Beloit
The first time I arrived I was treated like a customer already I was welcomed my the car salesman Carl with a warm smile and positive attitude he allowed me to test drive the car of my choice with any hassle of asking me my credit score or any personal information that will either qualify me for the car or not qualify ..it didn't matter he gave me a choice to test drive and that was the best feeling ever being comfortable while shopping ...great people..great buy...great customer service and most of all great Car¿¿
First time here. Glad they had Saturday hours for service and lots of available time slots when I called 10 days before. Shane, a service advisor, was ready to help me as soon as I pulled into the Service Dept. He greeted me right away, was friendly and dressed appropriately. Before I left the area, he plugged a device into the driver area and started evaluating my Regal right away. Shane could tell me immediately that one of my brake taillights was out. He told me he would order the part for the light repair so that this problem can be resolved. He informed me the oil change would take about 45 minutes and he was correct - if not a little bit earlier. The waiting area was clean and there was a water cooler (free), coffee, as well as vending machines. There was also a TV with cable or satellite. In a corner was also a desk and chair - could not tell if there used to be a PC for customer use or not. Overall, very pleased with my first (and certainly not last) service appointment here at Finley Buick GMC. And thank you, Shane. P.S. I received a telephone message yesterday - only 3 days later - informing me my taillight part was in stock so the repair could be scheduled and completed. Nice job! They do what they say they promise. Would have liked a car wash - always got one when I've taken my car to a dealership for service - but maybe they don't offer that.
This dealership proved a pleasant surprise for me by being willing to provide a complete online OTD offer, including a trade-in offer on my current vehicle, going just on the information I supplied, as well as a fair price on the new vehicle I inquired about. Though I have not acted on their offer, it was reasonable and was supplied with dispatch.
We traded our Sport in because of the passenger seat. They didnt have a car we wanted so after three days they found me one. It was amazing! So beautiful! A 2019 EX-L 2.0 liter in Platinum white. The trading process was smooth and easy and they tried to give us the best deal possible. Kane is a great guy!
My interaction with Mr. Burnie Bailey was straight forward, rapid, and very professional on his part. I was happy that there were none of the games that we buyers are usually subjected to at car dealerships.

For a knowledgeable and great buying experience Rock County Honda is the place to go. They made us an offer on a new car and we countered. The deal was made. No games and no sitting for a hour while a "manager did something " in a closed room. It was a straight forward honest deal which we found very enjoyable.
