4 minutes ago All I can say that this dealership goes up and beyond when it comes to service . I’m from New York State. I was on my way home from Florida with my family when my car broke down at a gas station near by. I called and got a tow truck and then called Murray Ford where it was being towed. It showed on google that the dealership was closed but I called anyways and to my luck Dave answered and I told him what was going on and he told us when we got there that he would take myself and my family to a hotel for the night. Now I was thinking that it’s late Saturday night and that there service department was not open till Monday and that we would have to wait till then. But when myself and family arrived at dealership I met Dave and his General manager Mitch and the they told me that they might be able to get one of the service techs to come in on Sunday if I were to give the service tech 100 dollars. I told them I would be more than happy to do that as we needed to get back home for work and for kids going back to college. So they got a service tech to come in on Sunday. They then drove us to hotel room for the night and told us they would pick us up at 12 noon on Sunday to bring us back to the dealership to wait while the mechanic worked on the vehicle. When they brought us back to dealership they went out of there way to make us feel at home. Offering us water and coffee. I also told them I might be interested in trading my car in and get a new one. So they brought out a Ford Explorer for me to test drive. So we test drove it came back and continued to wait for our car to be fixed. But all during that time they did not pressure me at all to purchase one of there vehicles. After about three hours the service tech got the car running and we were good to go back to New York State. I appreciate how the service tech came in on his day off with his little girl tagging along to fix my car. This is definitely the true meaning of southern hospitality. After the car was fixed and we payed the service technician we thanked everyone for how they treated us and said goodbye and that we would never forget there kindness and hospitality. What even topped off the drive home Dave there salesman called us during our drive to make sure everything was going ok and to have a safe drive home. I told him the next time I need a vehicle that I will drive down from New York State and purchase a vehicle from him. Also a final thank you to all at Murray ford that helped us from beginning to end
2020 Nissan Altima review
I’ve owned a lot of vehicles over the years, and this 2020 Altima SL truly stands out for its balance of comfort, technology, reliability, and value. The SL trim gives it a premium feel inside — heated seats, heated steering wheel, power driver seat, and a power moonroof make it comfortable year-round. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the 2.5 engine delivers excellent fuel economy while still having plenty of power for highway driving. Let me tell you a little story, I bought 2 new cars from Michael Garcia. A Ford Edge ST and a Ford Eco Sport. I live all the way in Springfield Ga ( Up 95 N, the last exit before entering South Carolina. ) about a 2 hour drive. The reason for the drive is not only for the best prices around, but also for the knowledge, experience, welcoming way my wife and I interacted with Michael. A year goes buy and a check engine light pops up on my Eco Sport and I reach out to Michael. He immediately scheduled a tow truck to pick up and deliver it to JC Lewis Ford in Savannah Ga It was the closest Ford dealership to my house. JC Lewis informs me that my fuel pump is bad. This is where the nightmare with JC Lewis begins. After telling me that it will be only a day or 2, im finally contacted a week later saying my engine was ruined. The Eco Sport only had 20k miles. JC Lewis says they need to see what can be done after hinting that I would be responsible for to cost. Even while having a full bumper to bumper warranty. I ask for a rental and am told they don't have any. 2 weeks go by with no progress no retal no loaner. I relay all this to Michael and I'm immediately contacted by a car rental company saying Michael has lined up a rental for me. He says he will see what he can do. Even though my car wasn't even at his dealership, Michael works with me to open a case with Ford Corporate. Long story short, Corporate finds all fault with JC Lewis and gets the warranty work done while having to give a daily update to me and my rep from Corporate. After a moth, I finally get the car back but after the whole ordeal with JC Lewis my wife no longer trust the Eco Sport. Back to Michael I reach out to. He works with us for hours over the next few days answering all of our questions, digging through inventory all around trying to find cars that my wife would like, and even works dozens of different quotes for many many cars. We finally find one that is perfect and Michael remembers that my wife is in the military from our previous deal and does 99% of the work before we even get there hours later. When we arrive in Kingsland we see my wife's brand new 2022 Ford Edge cleaned, polished, and parked under the awning with my wife's name printed on a banner that says VIP and placed on the windshield. My wife was so excited seeing her new car shinning beautifully with her name on it. Then to her surprise most all paperwork was done by Michael and we only needed a few signatures. After about an hour, she is on her way extremely happy in her new car with a full tank of gas. Im sitting at Murray Ford today for a service on my Edge ST and wanted anyone who reads this that no matter how much gas is, I will gladly drive the 2 hours here and 2 hours home to have our vehicles looked after by Murray Ford. Why? I've lost ALLLLLL trust and respect for JC Lewis. I will come here because here I am treated like family, I trust that my vehicles will be taken care of and my time and money is respected. I feel welcomed here at Murray. These people actually care about everyone who walks through their doors. If you want to be treated like a person with your own life story and respected instead of being seen as a cash grab then I can not recommend enough that you take the time to give these reps to earn your business. Ill only shop from here from now on. I urge you to ask for Michael Garcia. Teel him that you read this review. This guy deserves all the respect for all he has done for me and my family. This review is the very least I can do to try to say thanks for all of his help and time. Thank you Michael.
2023 Nissan Rogue review
So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

2021 Nissan Murano review
My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

2022 Nissan Murano review
Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

2023 Nissan Pathfinder review
It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)

2017 Nissan Titan XD review
Interior is nice in this truck, tons of storage which I need. Electronics are nice, but the NAV system definitely needs an update. Super comfortable and handles well. Gas mileage is what's expected but already 4mpg better than my old truck.

2026 Nissan Frontier review
Following several months of research and comparisons, I bought a 2026 Frontier Pro-4x long bed. Absolutely love it. The truck is very comfortable and very well built, solid 6cyl engine and smooth as butter 9 speed transmission. I got both the convenience pkg and the premium pkg and glad I did. The premium pkg includes the TailorFit(™) synthetic leather seats that are much more supportive than the cloth seats, softer than Napa leather but much more durable. I do not find the hydraulic steering “heavy” at all, I find it to be very smooth and responsive. There are lots of very good aftermarket accessories available for the frontier. Overall, I believe this is the best value in a midsize pickup, perhaps tops in dependability as well (maybe ties with 2026 Toyota, but their new 4cyl turbo’s dependability is unknown). Consider the long-bed, it is the ultimate combo of midsize truck with super-size functionality. The LB seems to drive smoother on the highway and the extra length in the bed can fit things that many full size pickups cannot. It is terrific!

2023 Nissan Altima review
I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

2021 Nissan Murano review
The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. I bought my 2023 Cevy Equinox in July 2022. Emmitt Necaise made everything so easy. I wasn't planning on buying that day but it seemed like every time Equinox's were delivered they were gone witin a day ot 2. I wanted a different color than what I got. But it was a very hard color to get. And they only made it for 2023. He the model I wanted in White Pearl coat and I bought it. told him I was not trading in my van and wanted to donate to the VFW becauae it had a lift for a heavy duty scooter and the scooter, too, Emmitt helped me with it because he is a member. He answers questions whenever I have them. He is extremely knowledgeable on details of the all models of the cars and will find out if he doeesn't. Same thing with Rick Crisco. He made the financing proces very easy. Everyone there is very friendly very polite and very professional. Not pushy at all. They treat you like family. When I buy my 2024 or 2025 it will be Emmitt who will sell it to me. Emmitt won't push you to buy something you can't afford or don't really want. All the salesmen,service staff and mechanic's there are wonderful. They genuinely care. My friend who was with me wound up going back several days later and bought a car from Emmitt.
2025 Nissan Altima review
Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

2007 Nissan Armada review
I have back issues so I had to sell my infinity i30 and opt for the armada which is much easier to get in and out of . I didn’t know that it was so strong . I towed on a auto transport my infinity i30 to Arkansas over 500 miles in the rain and she did the job well. I must say Nissan builds some impressive vehicles.

2025 Nissan Altima review
I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

2016 Nissan NV200 review
Excellently designed, Inside it has the right space for the right purpose. Outside it has a nice appearance. Safe while driving, but has a degree of uncertainty while backing up in parking lots. The gas fill up door is sensitive at the gas station attendants handling it. Preferably to be used on smooth roads. On rough roads its suspension is too rigid and also the transmission and engine oil pens are low at a high risk to be damaged.

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

2019 Nissan 370Z review
Not the fanciest sports car, but the fastest for the money. It compares in price to the Mazda Miata, but is roomier and much faster. I've owned both, along with a 2012 Corvette and I can tell you it's closer to the Vet in power, than it is to the MX5. It's interior is old school, but it runs and handles. You could get a Porsche, but the money would be much more, and the maintenance is much more expensive, plus it's not as reliable.

2015 Nissan GT-R review
This car is amazing, always getting some recognition by other motorists. Only cons for this car is, parts are expensive such as brakes like rotor and pads. Does not have a spare tires so it uses run flat tires which expensive also. Something you can expect for a 100k sports car. Doing maintenance should be done by you or else you going to be spending a lot of money on a dealership or auto shop. And for the pros I only have one word “ Amazing”.
