A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Mike was my service manager and he was great I was very emotional and crancky and not kind and he was very paitient with me. He worked on my car quickly and was very happy inspite of his ruff day

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).

I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

Loved my Outback from the beginning. However I was sure the salesman that sold me the Outback said I had a lifetime of oil changes etc. So when I brought it in the first time for a change, I was surprised to be charged and I did question that salesman. I am still sure that was part of the deal. Next thing was my transmission was leaking and I talked to an excellent CS lady last year. I got a rental and my SUV was fixed and I continue to love the Outback. Last Sunday, I noticed a leak on my garage floor same as before, so I immediately called on Monday to get my SUV back in to you. The last repair was done 3/2/22 so I assumed it would be covered under your warranty. I asked your CS rep, Dia to make sure it was before I drove all the way into Salt Lake. When she acted a little hesitant about the dates, I assumed. I asked her to verify her info with her supervisor, which she put me on hold and did. When I arrived at your dealership for the work, I was informed that it also had a 12,000 mile or 1 year. I was not told that. Your customer service was excellent. It appears it was not my transmission, but an O ring covered by warranty. They checked out my transmission, fixed the O ring, aligned and washed my Out back. I was very pleased and would now recommend you to anyone and would buy another SUV from you It does appear, that you listen to your customers. And I have learned to double check when someone tells me something is covered. I am impressed that your staff believed me. You have turned a not so satisfied customer into a valued one. Thank you. I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. 2021 SV 24000 miles Value is awsome, only 34,000 dollars Very powerful and smooth shifts, goes up steep hills like hot knife thru butter. Did not give 5 star because: Info center surface glass stained not able to clean off imperfections. Center console does not stow to make 3 person front seat Steering wheel too small, can't drive with my knee when both my hands are busy. Poor visibility out back and side windows

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

The gray front bumpers do not scratch easily and that is good especially for a young driver. Versatile, can tow well, good family car, good space, not too large but not small, quirky design, great on the highway, and can take it almost anywhere u want especially with a 4WD. I have a 2WD but I still take it anywhere down dirt roads and up mountain gravel roads. Such a unique vehicle and it’s tough as nails. It accelerates well especially for the time it was made. Nothing fancy but it’s purely durable inside and out. It is a SUV on a truck frame with a large V6 engine so all the people complaining about gas mileage are quite frankly ignorant because they must have expected something different.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.
