Great experience with Meredith and the staff at Edwards Motors. Meredith was easy to work with and wasn’t pushy during the process. We knew what we were looking for and what we could afford. We found it and were out of the dealership within 2 hours with our new ( gently used) car.
As usual the service department did a great job at getting my car serviced and the recall work repaired in a very quick time. I drive an hour and a half to have all the work done here as it's where I bought my car but I know everyone there and I trust I'm getting the best service available as well
I purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia from Edwards and had an excellent sales experience. My salesperson, Amanda Thompson, was with me step by step throughout the buying process. She explained each detail and answered all questions I had. I always do my research prior to buying, so that I don't have to ask a lot of questions (basically I know what I want as far as options, features, etc.). But she was still able to enlighten me on features of my Acadia that I didn't know. Go see Amanda at Edwards of Moultrie!

The best buying experience ever. We knew what we wanted to buy. All we need was a good sales person who gave us confidence that the price was right. Many dealerships do not recognize that women are decision makers. Jim knew who wanted the car and he was totally inclusive of my needs. We were under a time constraint. Good selection of new and used cars to choose from. Customer Service Representative was great to deal with, other personnel were extremely polite and pleasant, nice happy atmosphere and people to deal with.

While the experience was much better this time, I've had problems with my 2009 Honda Accord XL that I have not experience with prior vehicles that cost a lost less. The customer service was much better and they worked me in without an appointment.
Nice and courteous employees. Clean waiting area. Provided not only coffee and water but apple juice for kids. Completed job sooner than expected. Answer question about other service than one received.
I was only having my oil changed , they say they rotate the tires with the oil change but yet my tire pressure was still low after I picked my vehicle up
