I highly recommend Mike and Route 110 Auto Sales. Mike does not have the "used car dealer" approach. He will provide the information you need but not try a hard close to try and sell you a car. He was incredibly responsive both by phone and text. There were a few extra repairs the Explorer needed but Mike and his mechanic took care of them right away. I appreciated his willingness to make sure the car was ready to go. There are a few negative reviews here but we're buying used vehicles, cars can have issues. I don't believe those reviews should prevent anyone to check out one of his cars and meet him in person. I had a really good experience with Mike and believe you will too.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Went in for tires and inspection sticker.The technician noticed the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced or I would not pass the inspection . They had the parts in stock and told them to repair the brakes so I would not have to comeback another day so they did.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I have spent days of my precious free time over the years trying to find the best deal, the lowest payment, etc. Do not waste your time. Just go here first. And ask for LUIS RIVERA! I drove two hours from central Maine to get a great deal on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma Gold Certified. The team that worked with me all while over email were excellent and answered all of my questions. I think we had over 40 emails. Aaron, Malcolm, Thiago and William Kusch were all excellent. They even calmed me down after I found out I couldn't drive the vehicle home that night because of Mass. dumb laws about out-of-state temp plates. I was ready to leave when I found that massive out about that issue, but they offered to drive the tacoma back to my town later in the week. This was a major disappointment in my eyes, but not from the sales team. Great work folks! J

My car needs and life changed suddenly and a rethink of what I was driving made me choose a used Sienna with the idea of needing more room for camping, camping gear and possabilities of cargo hauling.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

My daughter bought a 2017 RAV 4 from Wellesley Toyota this past weekend - this was her first experience buying a car from a dealership. The entire process was even better than I had hoped for. Everything was very straight forward - NO GAMES. Marcus DeOliveira was our sales consultant and he could not have been easier to deal with - very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant!!

This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. Being our first time at the dealership, we were uncertain about what to expect. Fortunately, we were warmly greeted by Jackie, who proved to be exceptional! She patiently walked us through the car's features, addressing all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Jackie presented us with various options from their inventory, and even offered to arrange swaps with other dealerships if we couldn't find our preferred car on-site. Importantly, she assisted us without exerting undue pressure to finalize the sale. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, we returned to the dealership. Jackie seamlessly guided us through the documentation process, and we proceeded to speak with the Finance Manager regarding leasing options. The deal we reached left us satisfied. Despite spending the entire afternoon at the dealership, we didn't realize we were the last customers in the store. Jackie patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager before bidding us farewell. Two days later, my husband returned to the dealership and returned home with our new car. Overall, the entire transaction was remarkably straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the ease of doing business. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
