The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Very basic van. No fancy features, but it's got the basics and it gets the job done. Very comfortable seats. Way more comfortable than a much more expensive minivan I used to own. Cargo room could be better. Reliability hasn't been too bad since purchasing it used. Had a sensor go which caused erratic shifting but after the fix ($97), it's been running fine. Got me and the family to Florida and back from Pennsylvania with no problems. For a basic vehicle, the sound system sounds great (again, better than the more expensive van I used to own) and the heater works like a charm better than any vehicle I've owned before. Even on the coldest morning in the 20s, I'm warm and toasty within minutes. Overall nothing fancy, but a great value for the money. Not sure why some websites give this van such a horrible rating.

I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Smooth Transaction, the finance process took some time but was worth the wait. i like the dealership, and I will come back and recommend others to come and buy.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.
