I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

THEY ARE GREAT AS A DEALERSHIP AND AS STAFF not only have they made my day and made everything easy they have the best staff and all are very helpful and really get what you need . My sales person phill was such a great help and his coworker ian was soo nice also the first time i came in . Really highly qualified staff who actually know what they are doing. The sales persons also actually see what you need not just selling you a car and done . Their owner matt is the most down to earth guy and he is there in every step of the way and cares about what you actually need . My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

I drove a RAV4 before trading in for a Sienna, but with 3 kids who are only getting bigger, it was time for more space. I told myself I would never drive a minivan, but the Sienna's just looked so nice to me and after driving it for a month I can confidently say it doesn't even feel like I'm driving a minivan. My only regret is not getting it sooner. There is more space than we know what to do with, the auto opening doors and easy access to everything is so convenient, the kids get in and out of the car completely on their own now and they absolutely love having their own space, cup holders, and charging ports. And as any other Toyota Hybrid, the Sienna's performance is just unbeatable. I researched many other minivans before deciding on this one, but the gas mileage put it above anyone else. It is so quiet and smooth, and again, doesn't even feel like a minivan. Best vehicle purchase I've ever made!

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving
