Terrific car and the best I have ever owned Comfort downgraded because the leather seats are just too hard, a common problem with leather seating. Lexus uses much softer leather, making their seats much more comfortable for a long drive. Wouldn't need heated seats if not for the leather seating surfaces. Fabric is MUCH more comfortable. Interior design is excellent except for the extensive use of bright metal accents which should never be used in a convertible. Solved with matte black vinyl wrap. Infotainment system is an unmitigated disaster - it simply fails to work much too often, specifically Apple CarPlay works only about half the time, backup camera often fails to display, and sometimes the display shows nothing but "Loading Home." This should be simple to fix but local dealer refuses or is incapable of doing the right thing. This is a terrific $50K sports car; too bad it costs so much more. Reliability downgraded only because of infotainment problems. No mechanical issues.

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

Had a problem with my tire. I called my service manager at Sawgrass Infiniti, Tony Shaw, and he got me in right in. Took care of my tire issue right away. He always kept me informed of the status of my vehicle throughout my service visit. He always does a great job whenever I have to bring in my car for scheduled or unscheduled service.

I was looking for a specific used vehicle that happened to be at a Porsche dealership. Most would be intimidated by such a high end store but from the moment I called on the vehicle to the day after I purchased my GMC the process was 109% pleasurable. I own a 2018 GTS 718 Boxster. This is my 4th Porsche, I've had 2 air cooled 911s and first gen Cayman S. This is by far the best car I've ever owned. Everything about is perfect. Looks excellent, handles excellent, sounds excellent in sport mode with the sport exhaust. You can actually hear noises from the turbo. Excellent power. I've always had manual transmissions and this is my first PDK and it's excellent as well, it's so smooth, you'd think Carlos Santana tuned it. First topless Porsche, my others were all coupes. Tell this girl take her top off and she does it almost instantly, topless in about 10 seconds, even when jogging! Gets thumbs up and "daaamn" remarks by passer by's. It's one of the best looking cars I've ever seen. Extremely fun to drive. I feel lucky and honored to own this car. If you have the opportunity to get one, do it, you won't regret it. Even the base model is excellent, I driven them too!

One of the best sports cars available today. Comfortable daily driver with canyon carving capability. Still available with a naturally aspirated gasoline engine and a manual transmission. One of the last (mostly) analogue delights at a (relatively) affordable price.

The entire team was hands down very helpful from beginning to end. She genuinely cares for customer making entire process flawless. Clear and easy communication, diagnostic sent to phone. Krystal and Rachel had my loaner car waiting. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.
