Had extra time on a drive from OR to NV - called PP on the way in to see if they could squeeze in a quick wash to clean the thick wall of bugs caked on the front of my car. Drake worked with the team to create space - we were in and out in less than an hour - during which we grabbed a fabulous burger at the Golden Wheel Drive In next door. Car looked fabulous and we then continued on our drive to NV. Thanks PP!

The car proved to be a great purchase which was difficult to secure in seven prior attempts at other sites. Delivery was flawless. The 991.2 Porsche 911 really is the everyday sports car. Not conspicuous but also not mundane. With so many variants available, its hard not to find a 911 that fits YOUR needs and wants. The engine is sublime, the interior is refined and well built, and the cockpit ergonomics are unmatched. After driving a 911 (any variant), any other sub-150K sports car is just Meh. One of the underappreciated aspects of using this car on a daily basis is how easy it is to live with: the outward visibility is excellent, the tech is great, and the car is comfortable on long drives. When looking for your first 911, you should consider with a well-loved 991. I prefer the "Dot 2's" because of the turbo engine and the Apple CarPlay but the 991.1's have a charm of their own and shouldn't be discounted. One of the few drawbacks to any 911 is the road noise...you will have to get used to hearing those big tires hitting the road and if you drive on rough roads the majority of the time you WILL be annoyed (maybe look at a NSX or a C8 instead). Otherwise, you will not regret the ownership experience!

This is the car I always wanted to own since playing the monster arcade hit game N.A.R.C by Williams in 1988. WHY? I fell in love with those two guys jumping out of the red Porsche, but that Porsche itself was the 1988 911 Turbo! (funny, that when you jump out of the car, you can actually blow it up with your rocket launcher, haha!). Anyway, I paid a tremendous amount for this used and it was WORTH every single penny. NO car for the "reasonable price" of $100k I paid comes close in terms of value and styling and handling and raw power (the torque is insane!). Yes I know other cars would have gotten me close and certainly even beyond like a souped up gently used Corvette C7 at that price range but I like small cars and love the styling on the default 911 models, especially the Turbo :) Say no to drugs and yes to Porsche 911 Turbo!

I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

My 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera (996) is an example of German engineering at its finest. The known IMS bearing issue was taken care of, allowing me to have no reservations about driving the car anywhere. Although it's not a turbo model, the car performs like it's made for racing. The Spanish word 'Carrera' translates to 'race'. When you put the car thru its paces you know why it is named such.

I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive. the 911, and the 992, especially, is the perfect daily driver- beautiful styling, enormous power, and reliability. I'm not sure what the other reviews were complaining about, it looks like they may have bought a 'lemon' this is my 5th 911, and i'm addicted- you can't go wrong my only complaint, is the additional costs for features that should already be included in a $140,000 car!

I spend about $1000-$2000 each year on maintenance. One may consider that high, but I purchased a 911 C4S car for $35,000; the MSRP was $93,000 in 2004. The vehicle has appreciated since 2019, and now, with such a detailed service history over the years, it could sell for $40,000. So you either pay in depreciation or maintenance, and though I may be a stickler for maintenance, it keeps the value stable. I could have gotten a new Camry for $35,000, but it would be worth about $15,000 now and less fun. Next car I will jump up to a 2012 to 2015 Porsche. You can't go wrong if you get the right model, rare options, and even rare colors. Number one is having complete maintenance records; don't buy one without them.

After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

992 C2S. Best performance car I’ve ever drivin. Can’t think of any negatives. People complain about the price but 100,000 for a suv or loaded pickup is ok. Took years to finally acquire this car , happy it finally became a reality.

Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

Loved my 991.2S, I did blow up the engine which was covered under warranty. Really one of the most fun cars I have ever had close call with the 781S.
