First of all, I love my Q50 Infiniti. It?s 5 years old and is still the best car on the road. It?s a silvery blue and gorgeous. It?s also extremely peppy. The dealership is very friendly and accommodating. You can wait for your repairs in a comfortable room, or they will get an Uber for you, while the repairs or tune-up is in progress. I really haven?t needed any repairs on the car, and I plan to keep it many more years, because it?s such a great car. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.
