Great service from Ricky and Bri. Smooth purchase transaction, not pushy and open to hearing and accommodating requests. Quick responses through email and text to all my questions. The value of my trade-in was lower than expected, and I was not able to work a deal for my Cayman. A bit puzzled and disappointed, but I understand Porsche dealers may have to bring used cars to a certain standard before offering them for resale. Financially, it was better to sell my used car elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 911 at Porsche Plano from out of state, which involved a number of logistical challenges. My sales representative Jorge did everything necessary to make this transaction successful; he provided all the information I needed at all times with constant communication, provided several options where relevant, helped resolve any issues that came up, and kept me informed of our progress along the way. The Finance team was very helpful and open and explained everything clearly, completing the paperwork went very smoothly. I even received a followup from the General Manger checking to see if everything was going well and offering assistance if needed.
