Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Excellent. My service advisor (Evan) was fantastic to work with. He was very helpful, kept me updated on the repairs and made we feel special. The facility is first class too.

I purchased a GT3 RS from Irvine. They did a phenomenal job of delivering every promise they made and more. Very attentive and professional and operated with the highest level of integrity. The salesperson, David, and the sales manager Jason, were a pleasure to work with. Everything they represented ended up always being true, and they were very responsive to all my questions and went out of their way to ensure I had a good experience.

I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable! Showed me a bunch of cars and then we started talking about our watch collections and we hung out for a few hours. Needless to say he's not just a sales person. He makes you feel like you are a part of his circle/family. He introduced me to some of his friends in his circle who are also car collectors and had similar tastes as me. I later realized that he was a social media super star and had half a million followers on his account haha! Amazing! I do have a new GT car on order through Sam as well. Can't wait! For months, I had been in the market for a new or CPO 911 Carrera, and several weeks ago I reached out to and visited several area Porsche dealerships to inquire about getting an allocation. I spoke with Matthew Anthony at Porsche Irvine, and he explained the allocation process and told me he would keep in touch. A few weeks later, Matthew called me about a CPO model that just came in, and two days later, I owned my first 911. Matthew and Porsche Irvine made the process smooth and drama-free. I will note that Matthew was the only brand ambassador who kept in touch with me, which amazed me, since I was willing to spend a lot of money and have a relationship with a Porsche dealership for the Long-term - I?ve definitely found that with Porsche Irvine. If you?re in the market for a Porsche, I highly recommend Porsche Irvine. The brand ambassadors there are well-trained, yet unpretentious. They seem to truly care about earning your business, which unfortunately, is not common these days. They are a fantastic reference for how Porsche dealers should conduct business.

I was comparing my end of lease option again leasing a new Porsche Macan, the salesman Jason Ha is extremely passion, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided answers to all my questions. As a resultI am rewarding myself and I driving a new Porsche now. Overall time spend is around 2.25 hours including test driving, finance... High five to Jason and his team, cheer up.
