I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Porsche Gold Coast has a welcoming/helpful staff, and a great atmosphere. I came in not too sure about what options I had in reality. I ended up leaving, purchasing a new car after trade-in. I never felt like I was being sold to, and I would recommend going to anyone exploring any options of purchasing a Porsche. Not like other dealerships I've dealt with.

I think I bought the least expensive car on the lot (used Honda) and honestly they all treated me like I was buying a new Porsche off the showroom floor. I own a 2023 Porsche Macan and recently had the 30K miles service at Hilton Head Porsche dealership. Both the service agent Amy and lead service advisor Emma Crudder made the service appointment extremely convenient, & accommodating, w/o issues. One suggestion that I will share as a recommendation is perform a better job of cleaning the exterior/interior of service cars upon completion of service. B/C of previous service experience @ HH Porsche; I had request that they don't wash my car but clean the wheels which looks as though they forgot to do?
